Whenever I go to Chongqing, I always visit Guanghuan Plaza, which reminded me of this hotel nearby. After checking in, all I can say is that I got a five-star hotel experience for less than 800 yuan. First, let's talk about the room layout: two 1.35-meter single beds can be combined to form a massive 2.7-meter double bed. This is perfect if you're staying with kids – plenty of space. The room also has a bathtub, and crucially, it came with disposable bathtub liners (I forget the exact term!). Plus, the children's amenities provided were really good quality, not just an afterthought. What's even more impressive is that they placed dental floss right on the vanity – all the little touches were delightful. The product manager truly deserves commendation. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Chongqing. Oh, and the breakfast buffet was excellent too, with a wide variety of delicious food. What really blew me away was finding steamed red dates at a buffet for the first time – that's a treat I usually only get at home!

The hotel lobby is luxurious and grand, and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. They even decorated our room for free and had children's amenities prepared in advance. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. We'll definitely stay at this hotel again!

The front desk staff, Xiao Han, was incredibly warm and attentive. Communication was smooth, and they patiently guided me through everything from check-in to check-out, making my stay comfortable and hassle-free. Highly recommend!

The hotel reservations department, specifically Xiao Yu, upgraded me to a suite for free. The location is super convenient, close to the subway station, and there are many great food options nearby. Highly recommend!

The hygiene, environment, and facilities are all great, and it's not far from Happy Valley. The room design and color scheme are also decent. The only regrettable thing is that the swimming pool was closed during the Chinese New Year. My kids were really looking forward to swimming, so they were quite disappointed.

Walking in, I immediately noticed the beautiful Christmas decorations. The hotel's Xiao Qian provided very thoughtful service as well.

The moment I approached the front desk, she greeted me with a warm and genuine smile that was instantly comforting, melting away a good portion of my travel fatigue. During check-in, she quickly verified my reservation and skillfully explained the room type, breakfast location, and surrounding transportation options, completing the whole process in under three minutes – incredibly efficient. What's even more impressive is that before my arrival, I received a call from the hotel asking about my preferences. I casually mentioned my preferred room type and floor, and Ms. Yang was incredibly thoughtful, directly arranging that specific room for me. At check-out, she also inquired about my stay, and her sincere concern felt far from a mere procedural courtesy. Ms. Yang seamlessly blends professionalism, efficiency, and a personal touch into every action and smile, instantly building my trust and fondness for this hotel. Having a front desk employee like her is truly a blessing for the hotel and a stroke of luck for its guests.

The hotel's location is great, and the rooms are well-equipped and clean. It's suitable for large conferences, business trips, gatherings with friends, and family vacations. The restaurant selection is also quite extensive, with delicious food!

The internet speed was absolutely terrible. I was trying to access some Unicom websites and only got a few hundred KBs, which is worse than some budget hotels. There's also no bathtub. Other than that, everything else was fine, but for the price, these downsides are quite significant.

Everything was absolutely perfect. The hotel's location is excellent, just half an hour from the airport. The Starbucks and Aura Mall next door were very convenient. The street food nearby was also delicious. It didn't have that cramped feeling you sometimes get in old towns or near tourist attractions. Plus, you could even smoke in the room.

The hotel is well located in Jiangbei area with all amenities within walking distance - good restaurants, massage, cinema, shopping (光环mall) , coffee and etc. The hotel is superb clean and service is very attentive. Bed is comfortable, check-in/out process was very smooth. Late checkout was provided with ease. The gym and swimming are must go ! This is my 2nd time staying - each with about 6 nights stay and will definitely come back again
