QIYUNSHANG HOTEL

Very centrally located and very budget friendly hotel. There is no 24 hour reception but they respond very quickly on wechat and are very helpful. Train station is right outside the hotel entrance. Room was as the pictures, the shower though needs some renovation and better cleaning.

Bad things first: we booked the loft room, and the lower level shower had an issue with the water heater. The water was extremely hot and there was no cold water coming out at all. There was also an automatic bidet function, but the water pressure was not working properly. We did inform the staff and asked them to check, but the response wasn’t very helpful. They did not address the shower temperature issue and only mentioned that not many guests use the automatic bidet function, which honestly did not solve the problem. On the positive side: the location is good with self check-in, the upper level has a toilet, and the view was decent. Not amazing, but still okay overall.

My stay here was simply incredible! The view from the window is stunning, it’s like stepping into a cyberpunk movie, and the room itself is equipped with every amenity: you can open and close the curtains right from your bed, there’s a touch-sensitive toilet, and you can even take a bath right in the room (as far as I understand, you can even turn on the projector, but I didn't bother figuring it out). For this price, the room is fantastic. It seemed like they didn't actually clean the room, they just changed the water and towels, but overall it was fine. The location is great, right in front of Raffles City. There’s a subway station nearby, and there’s a Lawson downstairs in the building. I would definitely stay here again!

The room itself was huge — we had no trouble at all fitting our large luggage around. What really blew us away was the view from the corner window: a gorgeous spread of the bridge, river, and city buildings. Getting food was never an issue either, with plenty of spots to grab a bite just a short walk away, morning or night. Only thing missing was a bath mat, which unfortunately knocked off a star for us.
