The overall service at the hotel is good. But the space at the toilet-bowl area is very tiny (you may easily hit your head). The worth situation is the air-conditioner that was very noisy it definitely affected your sleeping enjoyment. (even can't sleep due to the noise)

Fantastic room , central Location, can walk to all the spots in Christchurch. Checkin was fast and easy. Easy to take a cab to airport also. Will definitely stay again. Nice to have the tram stop nearby too. Amenities good w coffee tea provided.

The location is really good. If you want to take a tram to visit Christchurch, the station is not far from the hotel. The room is also very large and comfortable.
