Beautiful self-service hotel. It’s not in the centre of the city so a little bit of a walk - about 15 minutes - but it’s an enjoyable one, and there are lots of great restaurants and bars around. The rooms are very well appointed, with modern bathrooms, comfortable beds and good heating and cooling. Will definitely stay here again - the price was incredibly good.

It is a big house converted into several units. The decoration style is simple and modern, the ceiling is high, and the facilities are good.
The location is very good, just on a small road next to Hagley Park, avoiding the hustle and bustle of the main road, and reaching the best central park in Christchurch.
There are 3 onsite parking spaces, first come first served. If it is full, you can park in the street, which is free.
The only drawback is that there is no staff on site, and the self check-in email took a long time to arrive. I waited in vain for nearly half an hour.

It's not a hotel, it can only be called Airbnb. There is no service staff, the check-in code was sent incorrectly, no one answered the phone, and I stood at the door for half an hour to communicate with Ctrip.

The Parque is situated about 10 minute walk from the shopping centre. It was clean and quiet but the room was quite small though comfortable. There were some cafes and restaurants in the area. We enjoyed walking in Hagley Park which was close by.

So modern, clean, cosy and quiet! Walking distance to tons of restaurants. Perfect for our one night stay but could easily have served as a great base for multiple nights. Would definitely choose to stay here again! Loved the convenience of having an access code and not having to worry about timing of arrival.
