No phone, no chair for desk, broken refrigerator, only 1 small trash can , understand it’s under renovation Staff was very nice

The hotel itself is fine. The staff was friendly and the room was comfortable. I would probably not return because the road noise from 81 was awful. We actually checked out a day early because we didn't get any sleep. If you can sleep through noise, the hotel is fine.

Trouble checking in, out of breakfast selection options, room was fine, not at all suited for people with disabilities.

Staff was very accommodating. Hotel and room were very clean. Breakfast offerings were good. Only negative was there was no easy way to fill a water bottle with cold water. Hotel located right off highway so easy access. Overall a great hotel.

The staff was friendly and helpful. There was room to park our 32 ft camper out back and our room was at the back where we could see it. The hotel was clean and the room was comfortable. Pool was under construction. Could use a water dispenser and vending machines. The gym was small but it had all I needed. The remote for the tv was gross. Need wipes for equipment and remote, a hand sanitizer dispenser, and hand soap in bathroom (other than bar soap that I don't know where it had been), and towels in gym. Walking distance of Cracker Barrell, a definite plus!

Room had a bug on wall, staff was not polite checking in, cleaning staff were nice and no problems with having room serviced.

Staff were very friendly !! I was happy to see the room looked much nice then the pictures .. They really need to up date pictures of their rooms !! They need to take a little pride in the food they serve .. hot food should be hot .. !! Besides that we had a great day !! We will definitely return : )

I booked AND PAID for a two night stay (Friday & Saturday) through ********** where it clearly states that I can check in at any time after 3PM. After a long 4.5 hour turned 6 hour drive into Christiansburg due to a blizzard, I arrived around 3:30 AM early Saturday morning, just to be told my reservation had been canceled. Apparently paid for or not, if you haven’t checked in by 3AM they can cancel your room. I’ve NEVER had this happen before. I was told to contact the manager about a refund, and ended up having to book again. It’s about 4AM when we make it to our newly booked King “suite”, where we find the bathroom sink doesn’t drain. So I call down and get a new room. This one had one 1 towel, 1 washcloth & no desk chair. But it was clean and the heat worked, so we made it work. Trying to get a hold of the manager that apparently only works 2hrs M-F was a joke, so I gave up on trying to get my money back!

Good value. Room was comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was really bad. That is my downgrade.
