What a delightful experience. It is as if walking into Olde World charm, stylishly decorated with stunning artwork on display. The history of the hotel is portrayed in the original photos on display. The bedrooms are big, and the decor is immaculate, which matches the Old World theme. The staff was very friendly, and the check-in procedure went very quickly. At the time of visiting, it was very cold due to unexpected snowfalls. The hotel made sure to switch on the heaters in all of the rooms prior to our arrival, which was very thoughtful and welcoming. Tea and coffee making facilities in all rooms. The only downside was the fact that we could not stay longer. It is also the only hotel with a river running through the most stunning gardens. The hotel served dinner that was very convenient not having to go outside and brave the cold. Breakfast was somewhat disappointing and the choices limited for a Western pallet.

This is a nice hotel, well maintained and well managed. Their rooms and suites are spacious, some have a nice balcony overlooking the garden. The staff very friendly and professional. The food is nice. If you are a family of 4 you can book the corner rooms (they will connect and you will have like a small apartment with 2rooms 2bathrooms and a nice squared large balcony).

It’s a very old property with old rooms, creaky doors and run down facilities. Definitely not worth the price.

Very friendly and welcoming staff. Asked for a late checkout, they did not hesitate to say yes. Amazing breakfast. Hotel is very close to restaurants and other services. This is my second time here and will always stay here when I’m in the area.

Loud music from outside until 12:37 am and then noise from furniture being moved about indoors until 3:00 am. I believe there may have been a wedding. I did not sleep at all that night. My earplugs did not help much. Friendly hotel staff. TV, fridge. Clean sheets and room. Hard uncomfortable mattress. Hot shower. Dirty bathroom floor with stained marble…needs updating. Weak wifi that turned off frequently and had to be reconnected. Balcony. Breakfast fair: Omelet, coffee, cucumber, tomatoes, 2 types of cheese, sweet sauce, pita bread, slices sweet bread, sliced processed meat.
