Quite clean, people working there are nice, but they don’t clean every day, you need to ask for it. For me was a bit weird. Breakfast is big, but sometimes they ask you what you want and whet, sometimes give what they want and when it’s convenient to them. Sometimes breakfast looks like leftovers

Very average on all levels. There was a leak and I tried to fix it and they were more concerned about the towel in my room that was damaged than my comfort. I had no water half the time. Strange strange strange

I've never experienced anything to dramatically bad in Bishkeks hospitality sector as this hotel...
Imagine, if you will, having your door thunder slammed with a fist at 07:45am continuously whilst a staff member screams your name and yells 'breakfast!', 'breakfast!'. Then imagine having the same person repeat that exact same process at 10:15 after you've just had a shower and you're getting dressed....
This place is not a legitimate hotel either...but an obvious front for personal guest and staff experiences....if you know what I mean....
Additionally, 1/2 showers were broken and the basin filled up due to a blocked drain which was very unhygienic. The room was in a basement and the window when opened let in Cigarette smoke and loud sounds. The towels smelt unclean, and there was a stain on my bed cover.
I do not recommend this place at all!
