Staffs are friendly and helpful. But the room condition is quite old. Not well maintained. Hopefully they can upgrade the room in coming future

The room that given lot's of ants. Then upgraded to queen room with thanks. They don't provide toilet paper. Asl me to use the table tissues instead. Wifi is no working. Other is fine.

dirty bed sheets ( blood n **** nose) n dirty toilet. Hope a better services next time. By the time i arrived the room is not ready yet. While the hotel has no guest at the moment.

Should have inform guest about your facilities disruption (key card & lift)..i like the hotel a lot tbh, but i have quite a lot things to bring up to the room..I hope the management can solve the matter asap..the staff especially young lady at the front is nice..

We stayed for one night, with only a few bags. Unfortunately, the elevator malfunctioned during our stay. The location is easy to find, but there are no convenient shops nearby. Be prepared to buy some food while you're staying here.

Room size was good, and the bed and sheets were clean. There's coffee available, so you can make hot drinks. A prayer mat is provided, and the air conditioning is cold. The card access for the door was broken, so I had to call staff to open my room every time I left and came back. The location is strategic, close to groceries and a petrol station.

Worst experience over 20 years of staying in hotels around whole West Malaysia for outstation jobs.Have to do upgrading in every aspects to win over your guest's please

The hotel was located very close to my event place and was very convenient and easy access. The staff was very helpful.

Bilik tak cuci. sabun x top up, cadar kotor. Harga mahal perlu revise

Too noisy. Hot water on and off. Door key cannot be used. Overall rooms are mostly broken. Rooms were not ready by 6pm when we checked in.

This hotel is very clean and also complete. I will definitely stay here if I'm going to kemaman in the future. Well done management for keeping the hotel clean and comfortable.

Facilities mostly not working

Come Kemaman for outstation business trip with my colleagues, just need a clean place to rest.. overall was a pleasant stay here .. will be back again
