空調壞了，確實挺冷，換房間也沒有成功，給了一床被子，但是洗漱確實冷，洗澡水也不是太熱，房間還算新，但空間小，配套不完善，早餐也比較簡陋，門口的彝人古鎮，也確實相比較其他古鎮，比較單一，重複性較多，不是太推薦

我這應該不是同行來故意給你們打的分吧。這麼説吧，第一天剛進來的時候其實前台的服務我還是比較滿意的雖然説房間裏面還有一衹蜘蛛在床上爬我這個都沒有説什麼好，等到今天早上去吃早餐，我晚了10分鐘吧，其實早餐還在那裡，你們正在收拾，然後我問還有沒有早餐吃一個阿姨説有説還有包子饅頭，我就説可以拿另外一個矮點的女的就在那裡説沒有了沒有了吃不了了9:00過了就是很趕客人的那種架勢，這我還都忍了，我今天去房，我決定再住一天讓你們幫我把客房裡麪衞生打掃一下，結果下午我回來打掃是打掃了，浴缸裏面，我昨天洗乾淨了泡了個澡，今天你們打掃過後浴缸底部有一層黃色的，不知道是什麼東西，然後莫名其妙浴缸裏面有幾根長頭髮我一個男是一個人住這個房間，我昨天晚上洗澡都沒有洗出來一根這麼長的頭髮，請問今天你們打掃衞生是怎麼搞出一根這麼長的頭髮出來的另外洗漱池裡麪這麼臟，擦都不擦一下。我找你們前台反饋你們前台，反正脾氣也調子也高給了一個經理店長的電話經理店長打了四個電話給他，我哪三個號碼分別打給他他把我三個號碼全部拉黑，還是你們會做生意。
