Jialian Apartment Hotel

Bad reviews, no integrity at all. I booked a good hotel and contacted the front desk many times to keep the room. Due to the earthquake in Dali, the train was parked for a long time. The hotel told me that the room was full at five o'clock in the morning. The room is already occupied. From the train station to the hotel, I took the overtime bus for more than 40 minutes, walked 1.2 kilometers to the hotel, and asked me to check out. I was a person who was going to take the public institution examination at 8:30, and it was on the street with no one. It was walking with a cold wind blowing on it. This is the first time I have seen this hotel, it is really terrible.

住了四天因為家人住院，又有小孩，東西多，換酒店麻煩，我愛人説換一個，我説東西多，搬麻煩，所以沒換，第一：沒有毛巾，衹有浴巾；第二：房間裏有個抽紙盒，住進去就沒剩幾張用完了，讓酒店補，最後退房告訴我那個抽紙收費的；第三：每天讓他們補用完的，水不補，每天要打電話要，洗漱用的沒有梳子；第四：抽紙5元，泡咖啡用的小勺子6元，總共11元，最後扣了我30元，我不知道扣了些什麼？從沒體驗過這麼差的住宿

吹風機是用不了的，熱水壺打開裏面有雙發臭的襪子，其他都還好

入住到裏面，裏面的東西還要另外收費，大半夜打擾客户睡覺，態度極差，非常不建議入住

明明説免查房免按金酒店服務員要求交按金要求查房間 平台能不能給個解釋

不要按金，還收按金，連免費的衞生紙都沒有，沐浴架也是搖搖晃晃，

還可以，出差還是不錯的選擇。
