Well, it was a nice stay. All the staff was very nice, kind, cooperative, polite and professional. Particularly, young lady at the reception counter...I dont know her name...was very polite and humble and helpful. The food was good and delicious. Location is also very ideal in all respects.

I was not plan to stay at hotel on that day, but it was raining and we change plan to stay at hotel, so we find out on Trip advisor they said have warm pool and huge room
and my 5 y.o daughter will love it

(-) No electric jug inside the room, so you need to ask for the Hot Water and it never come. so better you go to the front desk and bring the thermos.
(-) This Hotel having a lot of renovation so you will find so many debris and all the building material. just becarefull
(-) The wifi you should find a better spot
(-) after those bad things above, then come other bad thing they want to charge the breakfast for my 5 y.o daughter. its getting more complete your stay huh?

The room is big. It's pretty. The staff is friendly. If there's karaoke on Sunday night, we can sing. The food has no taste. The big kuetiaw taste bland, as well as the chicken in the vegetables. The fried rice is mushy. My advice is to improve the taste of the food so that customers are not disappointed.

Breakfast is delicious and varied, I like the Cianjur porridge. The fruit is sweet...the service is ok, the rooms are clean. Only room 1 lg hot water doesn't work. All are friendly. Got a back room with a mountain view with gardens and an old house really ok. Thank You
