Cipto Apartment

This place shares a building with Rumah Batik Toean Njonja. I was a bit confused at first, but thankfully there was a security post out front. The place is spotless – the floors, tables, wardrobes, kitchen, and even the toilet are all extremely clean. It's spacious, with two rooms, making it perfect for a large family. We received toothbrushes, toothpaste, and shower gel. There's a 100k deposit required, which is returned upon check-out. On the downside, the sink gets clogged when used, and the towels and bedsheets are faded. They should really be replaced. It would be great if they could provide a trash can in the toilet and some tissues on the dining table.

The place is comfortable, and it's actually more spacious in person than in the photos. It's strategically located, and the security guards are very friendly.

Many guests describe the kitchen as clean and well-equipped. 3. Satisfactory service and security • 24-hour security. • Responsive staff, for example, when guests arrive early and are allowed to leave belongings. • The cleanliness of the unit and facilities is well maintained. 4. Spacious and comfortable rooms The 2-bedroom apartment is quite spacious and comfortable for a small family (a family of 4 is suitable).  5. Additional Facilities & Supporting Environment • Amenities include parking, a rooftop terrace, a neighborhood park, and security.  • The location also supports daily activities: access to shopping and affordable public utilities.  6. Positive Guest Ratings Based on reviews from Traveloka and other booking sites, this apartment has a high rating (compared to surrounding apartments) for comfort and location.

Pros: - Lokasi yang mantap banget, cukup dekat dengan pusat kota, dekat dengan tempat makan enak dan GOR Pajajaran - Apartemen bersih dan cukup lengkap isinya, ada kompor, wastafel, panci dan wajan, piring lebar, mangkok, cangkir, banyak garpu tapi sendok cuma 1 😅, teko listrik, mesin cuci, papan setrika dan setrikaan - 2 ac di masing2 kamar - amenities disediakan handuk, sikat gigi dan sabun cair, dan 4 botol air minum - ada lift jadi aman kalau bawa lansia atau stroller bayi Cons: - Wifi lemot banget - Tempat sampah hanya tersedia 1 saja yg sangat minim buat 4 orang dalam jangka waktu 4 hari, saya ga yakin apa ada cleaning service tiap hari krn tidak bertanya ke sekuriti - walaupun ada mesin cuci dan wastafel tapi tidak disediakan sabunnya ya jadi bisa bawa dari rumah atau beli dari toko di sekitar apartemen
