We have been there many times. The service quality is improved compared to 2021. It was not crowded even before the new year as there was almost no snow in the mountain site. It's location is unique. Best for mountain and ski trips in Ilgaz national park.

I came to this hotel before April 2021. At that time, the quality of the hotel is avarage. But now it is going down! The food quality became worse as compared to April! You can get water to your room only at 200 ml plastic glass box which means for 4 person family you should get 4*4=16 unit! So you should carry them wtih nylon bag!! Dont forget to bring your plastic nylon bags if you are planning to come here!

11/02/2024 tarihinde ailemiz ile otele giriş yaptık , ve oteldeyiz Otelin temizlik noktasında çok iyi olmadığını söyleyebilirim , özellikle lobide müşterilerine ücretsiz çay ikramı yapamayacak kadar kötü , adınız kış oteli tabiki kapalı kutu içeçekler ücretli olabilir ama çay ücretli yapmak nedir , lobide insanlar birbirlerine bakıp duruyor yüksek ücretler ödeyip geldiğimiz otelde cay için ücret ödemek istiyorsanız , sizde gelebilirsiniz

Milli parkın içinde, Çam ormanları arasında bol oksijen ve bu doğallığın içinde konforlu, şık, tertemiz, sımsıcak bir Otel. Şehrin karmaşasından kaçıp, ailemizle birlikte çok kaliteli vakit geçirdik.
