Wanfu Hot Spring International Resort

The front desk service was good. As soon as I got out of the car and entered the lobby, there was staff to greet me. The room was quite spacious, and even though the temperature was low, the air conditioning worked really well, heating up quickly. All the other facilities and amenities were fully equipped. I'll definitely stay here again next time.

Checked in quite late, but the front desk staff was very friendly and accommodating. They gave me a room on a higher floor with a great view. I had a really peaceful night's sleep with absolutely no noise. The air conditioning and water temperature were both excellent! Highly recommend.

Great location and excellent service! The room was spacious and I was very satisfied. A special shout-out to the front desk lady; I bothered her multiple times but she was always very patient and helpful. She recommended a hot spring and mentioned that guests get a discount, which was a nice bonus and worth trying!

I checked out several places on Trip.com, and this one had the best price and location. It was my first time staying here, and the front desk service was excellent. They helped me with my luggage and even recommended some local attractions. Their hot spring resort is right outside the door. I was a bit rushed this trip, but I'll definitely come back to enjoy the hot springs next time! The room was great, no strange smells, and the bedding was just right – not too soft, not too firm. I slept really well all night. Thumbs up!

The staff's service is top-notch, and the breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of delicious choices. It's truly excellent value for money and highly recommended! We were particularly lucky during our stay to experience the hotel's lively Water Splashing Festival, complete with a fashion show featuring stunning models. It was an absolutely wonderful experience! 👍🏻

The cleanliness and facilities were decent, and the hot spring experience was superb!

The hotel is incredibly easy to find, located just a few hundred meters off the Cili East exit of the Changzhang Expressway. They offer a huge, complimentary parking lot. The flowers were blooming beautifully this season, which added to the charm. We really appreciated having a bellhop to help with our luggage! Both the front desk and the service staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Our children had an absolute blast! We'll definitely be bringing them back for a longer stay during their next holiday.

Booked this hot spring package hotel through Ctrip. The entire resort is beautiful. A huge plus is that the hot spring package we booked via Ctrip offers unlimited access, which is fantastic. It was raining when we arrived, but that didn't affect our hot spring experience at all. The hot spring area is incredibly close to the hotel, just a few steps away. All the staff were very warm and welcoming, and the hotel itself was spotlessly clean. Highly recommend! We'll definitely bring the kids back during the summer holidays.
