Wifi was terrible. You should have a secured network. With a party that was going on, I'm sure the network was crowded. Wasn't able to get any work done and for a "conference forward hotel" you would think you have better internet connections.
Room service menu was very limited. Your small cafe should be open in the evenings as well.

We did not have a top sheet on one bed. We did not have coffee pods in the room, we did not have an ice bucket bag. We did not get breakfast we paid $235 to stay in an empty hotel. Several staff members did not speak English?

All the staff was super nice. Hotel is awesome, the kids loved all the art around the hotel. The bar with the overlook is also cool.

The hotel was clean, quiet, all the staff was helpful. The dining options were wonderful. Getting to places via the car was easy as the highway was right there along with roads that led to downtown and other areas. My family had a fantastic stay.
