The hotel is great, in a great location, the kitchenette works great, and the staff is friendly. Helped us check in early.

All staff were incredibly kind and helpful. It is a beautiful and historic building. Our microwave was broken, which was disappointing. Even then, front staff sent a maintenance person to take a look (after 10 PM) and they generously offered to microwave my family member’s meal.

The complimentary breakfast was very nice with European healthy options. The hotel restaurant had a Mediterranean chicken or salmon dinner that was fantastic! The cook even came out to ask how we liked it. It was very tasteful! The only problem was the high $40/day cost of valet parking PLUS tips. They did not recommend parking on the street because we would inconveniently need to go out and feed the meter. There is a garage down the street that is much less costly, but it's a walk to/from the hotel. Bring body lotion! You get only one tiny tube of body lotion! I was embarrassed to have to go down to guest services to ask for more. There was some construction noise in the AM, but that is understandable. No swimming pool!

Loved the hotel itself, and staff was very sweet and accommodating. My only complaint was parking. Valet service was available, however our reason for staying left us with the possibility of needing to leave to get to our kid in case of emergency (Any other time we would have utilized the valet service). We were told free off street parking was around, and if all else failed we could park in the parking garage… but we were unsure of where it was.

First time stay here after multiple trips to Cincinnati; received with professional caring and pleasantry by Karen at the front desk. She continued to be helpful with several things. Karen made my stay here outstanding and I will definitely be back.
