Hilton Cincinnati Netherland Plaza

I recently stayed at the Hilton Netherland Plaza in Cincinnati, and overall, it was a wonderful experience that I’d rate 4.5 stars. The hotel itself is absolutely stunning—its historic Art Deco design gives it a unique charm that you don’t often find in modern hotels. From the moment you walk into the lobby, you can feel the elegance and character of the place. The location is another big plus. It’s right in downtown Cincinnati, making it very convenient to explore nearby attractions, restaurants, and shops. Everything felt easily accessible, which made the trip much more enjoyable. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The bed was especially cozy, and I appreciated the quiet atmosphere—it made it easy to relax after a long day. The staff were friendly and professional, always willing to help with any questions or requests. The only reason I’m giving 4.5 instead of a full 5 stars is that a few aspects felt slightly dated, and service at peak times could be a bit slow. However, these were minor issues and didn’t take away much from the overall experience. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Cincinnati, especially if you appreciate historic architecture and a central location. It’s a memorable place to stay, and I’d happily come back again.

The hotel is in a beautiful building that is historically significant, but that means the rooms are quite old. I received upgrade upon check-in, and the view from the hotel room is amazing

Historic hotel, well preserved, fantastic lobby bar and restaurant. Very lovely breakfast. Really lovely to spend a wonderful evening at dinner. Very friendly staff. 100% recommended

The location is perfect for us as it is just next to Convention Centre. However, the hotel is too old. The lift, the lobby, the room are too old. My room door lock was out of battery after I came back from Battery. It took almost 20 mins to get someone to fix it. The service was not up to standard.

The room was not cleaned well on the corner Behind of stand lights and black spots on the bottom tiles above the tub. However we enjoyed to stay there with a full of history, beautiful murals and kind staffs.

This hotel is very old and had a lot of nostalgia in it. Very clean and the staff was great. The breakfast service at the restaurant was slow, but food was good.

Overall was a good experience! Only issue was there is no microwave in your hotel room so when you and your family come back from a nice dinner or just have leftovers in general you have to go to the main lobby where there is only one microwave inside a cabinet for everyone in the hotel to use! Now here’s my real issue….inside that cabinet…not microwave just to be clear…. was a dead roach….we immediately alerted the staff and they were shocked just as we were! Staff said they would handle it so with good faith the next morning my kids were hungry went back down to that same microwave and the roach was still there‼️‼️‼️

Historical building. Good atmosphere. Off course everything is good as hotel.

It was a fun trip. Every one there was kind and nice. They helped us out with things to do.
