Hyatt Regency Cincinnati

Great location, very clean. The 24/7 market in the lobby was a nice amenity! Definitely would stay here again.

Staff was exceptional. Great location. Pool was wonderful. Convenient to have that sundry store on premises and open 24/7. Beds were super comfortable. Highly recommend this hotel.

Clean & great location, walking distance to plenty of restaurants, shop and the stadiums. Kids loved the pool area.

The hotel is very nice. The location is not as good as some other downtown hotels. Overall a good stay.

Room was clean and comfy beds. We didnt like the top layer of the bedding it was really wore down and felt weird only used the sheet. The market is really overpriced staff not as friendly as the other workers. Pool area was nice .

We booked the Hyatt-Regency based on its location and reputation. The lobby, staff were magnificent. The room was clean, but basic. You would see a similar room for less money elsewhere. Two disposable cups for a little Keurig coffee maker, with coffee pods to make 4 cups of coffee (2 decaf and 2 regular), but just enoughsugar and creamer to make 2 cups. Buffet breakfast was included during our stay. Instead of walking in to the restaurant, we were directed to the front desk to have them give the okay for our included breakfast. Breakfast itself was okay, but we had to wait for a server to bring us utensils. By then, the breakfast was cold. I can only recommend to make this breakfast process less confusing, like show your room key to get access to breakfast. All in all, we went from Wow the moment we walked in, to Meh the moment we walked out. Great staff, very clean, fantastic location, but we expected more for the price.

We enjoyed our stay at the Hyatt. Brandon at the front desk was excellent, courteous, and made sure the one hiccup we had was corrected immediately. The beds were comfy and provided a good nights rest. Great location with easy walking access to many things. If I’m ever in the area again, I would definitely stay here.
