Arrived for a one night stay for a planned trip to Blackpool. On arrival the car park is situated up a steep ramp only room for one vehicle to either drive up or down. The car park is approx 15-20 spaces with concrete posts everywhere, parking was a complete nightmare and was chargeable. The food was substandard items missing due to running out of stock. Breakfast was not much better not enough plates not enough glasses had to keep asking for basic items to be provided, the whole catering experience was shoddy. Fresh orange juice tasted like water asked if there was a problem with the machine and was told they didn’t know. Staff looked absolutely miserable no enthusiasm at all just lacking in any sense of them actually wanting to be there..customer service lacking. Terrible smell on the corridor almost like a vomit smell and a guy walking round spraying air freshener constantly. Seemed to be a lot of families living there either moved in due to local housing issues etc people walking into the bar area in their pjs. Would not stay again and would not recommend

The staff make this stay special - this was a business break but Sophie, Ash, Toni and Tracy I encountered a lot at dinner. They just made the stay pleasurable without trying too hard. Room (double) allowed work in comfortable spacious room. Shower is amazing. Bed: various pillows meant something would work. Dinner: I loved the whole food salad with chicken or falafel Breakfast: wide range - Asih the breakfast chef is great. Everything she does is good.

Friendly staff, the world's most ridiculous and tiny car park, best to just assume the hotel doesn't have a car park. .. Slow food service, but tasty enough. .. ...............,......................................................

Booked due to it being within walking distance of the train station this travelodge has its challenges. Parking is a challenge as there’s so many posts but we eventually managed paid and then wanted to verify in reception. Buzzer on car park level nobody answers so we have to walk down the car park ramp to go to reception a challenge Did what we had to do slept in a standard room that had two large curry type stains on it very visable as they were in the middle of a large room Breakfast was taken and the food was Luke warm at best, some bakery items were on the bar no touches so guests just picked up by hand. The orange juice was so poor it was like drinking orange dirty water so overall £20 down the pan. We have had many better experiences at travelodge this one doesn’t hit the mark or get close to it On a good note there were some take away cups for decent coffe

I go to Preston at least once a month the central Travelodge is my go to hotel in Preston, staff are very friendly and helpful always ensuring my stay is comfortable. The location is perfect easy walking distance to town and transport links. I find the rooms comfortable and clean, crazy for me to set up my remote working this is helped by Travelodge offering a late checkout service. They do a decent breakfast offering good choice and is value for money. I’ll keep coming here while I need to come to Preston.

Excellent and caring service. Outstanding help from the women on reception regarding additional services. The room was great - the fan in the toilet wouldn’t switch off and the room overlooked a noisy tyre and wheel repair garage which started work very early, but other than those things, very good service! Thank you

Stayed for 1 night as price £50 best around. Be aware of the car park. I admit my SUV is large but even with a smaller car their car park is very tricky to park as space is separated by pillars all over the space. Very difficult to manoeuvre around even with smaller car. Hotel itself seemed ok, room not the cleanest and bedding with marks (washed out). My room (206) was quite smelly when I came in and I closed the window as opposite Bingo place and road traffic very noisy. I was glad when I left next morning.
