Belgravia Rooms Hotel

We have spent four nights in a four bed economy room in this hotel in December 2023. The hotel is located very centrally and there are many cafés and Shops in the surrounding area. You can reach all of the famous attractions in London very quickly using public transfer. Our four bed room was very small, the beds and especially the pillows were not comfortable at all. The window was so thin, you could hear and feel every gust of wind. The bathroom was not located inside of our room, we had to go down a hallway to reach it. The bathroom was very very cold and humid (as well as the bedroom). There was a weird canalisation-like smell in the stairway and last but not least, the walls are very thin so you could hear everything that happened inside the house (I recommend earplugs if you want to get some sleep). Concerning the very low price and the fact that we were really only in the hotel at night, the experience was fine. All in all, for people who do not plan to spend much time inside their hotel room and who choose a very good and central location over comfort, this hotel is good.

The reception area didn’t fill me with much confidence about the sort of room I’d be staying in, it was dingy and needed brightening up as did the staff who seemed miserable and tired. I found it interesting that in order to get to my room I had to go next door but this wasn’t an issue for me. The room although spacious looked a little shabby and dirty and could use brightening up and modernised such as a bigger tv on the wall, USB sockets, a long mirror would’ve been helpful and free WiFi. I can’t comment on the noise level as I’m deaf but I can imagine it’s not very quiet. I think I got lucky with my room, it was very spacious, the bed was huge and very comfortable and I had a great sleep every night. The shower was good and temperature good and hair and body wash provided. There was also tea/coffee making facilities provided and a hair dryer. The location was great, not far from Victoria coach, rail and underground stations. Also great restaurants and cafes nearby and all in all I had a surprisingly pleasant stay!

A nice hotel in a great area, staff were helpful and the bed was really comfortable, would definitely stay here again, my only criticism is that there was no mirror outside of the bathroom and the bathroom was a wet room which is fine until you need to use the toilet as you are going to get set feet, but overall it was a good stay.

The worst experience I've ever had in my life until now, was that hotel. One of the worst rooms I've ever stayed. Full of dust on the floor and lots of spider webs on the walls. The bed had one of the most uncomfortable mattresses i've ever slept. The bathroom was so small that you couldn't even turn in the shower. The towels were just two for two people that means that for face and body you had just one per person. In case that you would like more , you should pay 1 pound per day for each one. Thank God, the staff which is the only good part in this story, gave me two more without charge. The window couldn't open wide but only 1/10 of it and I don't even know why. The e price for 6 nights was 538 euros and in my opinion didn't worth a penny. As a conclusion, I'm so disappointed.....

Although the property had a very nice location and the housekeeping staff was very friendly, I would not be staying here again. The rooms did not have AC and being there during a heatwave was not desirable. The shower head mount was broken so we had to hold the head to shower and there was a hole in the shower around the light which allowed me to see right into the room above me. The check in staff was not the friendliest however they did allow us to check in an hour early. We were able to store our bags on the first day for free which was nice. The description said they can assist with tours, however this consisted of a bulletin board that you could find out information on your own. The close proximity to the Victoria station and local convenience stores was a nice perk.

We were given a room in the basement. Our room was part of a fire hallway so our bathroom was detached from the room and at the end of the hall. The main bed in the room felt like it had been there for years, and the bathroom was disgusting. Mold on the tiles, walls, and door. The vent was packed full of dirt/dust so it did nothing. The shower glass was not wide enough so the water from the shower just spilled out into the main part of the bathroom and flooded the floor. We did not have anyone tend to the room, replace towels, and toiletries in our 4 night stay. We asked twice about it and the reception just seemed confused on why it got skipped. No A/C in the rooms made it tough considering the heat while we were there. Overall not satisfied with the stay, the staff, or the cleanliness. I honestly can not think of a single thing about the hotel we enjoyed

Booked a small single so was really impressed tgat when they saw my size upgraded me to a family room. E14 was down a flight of stairs which suited me. Tge room had a big double bed, bunk bes small kitchen area with fridge, microwave, tea making facilties and small sink. Toilet was down a corridor which was OK but would be freezing in the winter. Shower room good but shower needs replaced. Overall a pleasant stay. The hotel is 8 mi utes walk to Vi toria Station and underground which was excellent.

I would stay away, the rooms are disgusting The cleaning is not remotely okay, if you like black mould this is the place!! But the area is nice
