The Room is Absolutely Huge! Value for £££

- 3-4 steps towards room on 2nd Floor. Not convenient for Solo Traveler

Absolutely amazing, the staff were very polite and professional and made me and my partner very comfortable, the room was amazing for what I paid for it, the bed was very comfortable over all 4/5 stars.

Convenient for Paddington station, just a short walk away on a slightly quieter street.

I have stayed here before and always will when in London. Great location to Paddington Station, within walking distance and awesome if you have a flight. Everyone is very friendly and professional, rooms are great and so is the breakfast.

Room was small but we knew that when we booked the room. Easy walk from Paddington Station and excellent area for catching trains via the underground and trains out of the city and to Heathrow airport. Bus stops nearby and taxi's everywhere. If needed St Mary's Hospital is a block away. The place has a small elevator which is very helpful!!

The woman in reception was the rudest i ever met, all 5 days i was there she was rude, but overall an ok stay.
