Lovely location, staff are very friendly and welcoming. Room was a very comfortable. Loved it

The front lobby was welcoming. The beds were very comfortable. The bathroom was awesome. Victoria Inn was close to restaurants, bus stops and tube stations. The room was smaller than expected, but comfortable. It needs hooks for towels.

I think it’s a bit pricey for the room with this size. It’s quite small for 2 people but luckily it was clean. The location is convenient which near bus and train station. However the hairdryer is not working and I need to sleep with wet hair. Also there is noise coming from the window throughout the night.

The staffs were very helpful. They help microwave my meal and also provided information on nice places around to dine.

Fantastic service and facilities! Single twin bed room is perfect for a solo traveler, a bit cramped for two people. Highly recommend!!

I was very disappointed and I never put a bad comment about the places I stay . There was an awful smell body odour mixed with I don’t know what . Got much worst when the ac was on . Shower had mold . The bed was comfortable and location is good but it just felt unsanitary and I’m not one to complain . The worst place I’ve ever stayed at .
