Very charming hotel in a great location. The room was beautiful and the minibar was well stocked. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was gorgeous. I had a wonderful stay. The staff was very professional and kind!

Great location and comfortable room. Perfect place to stay if visiting central London as close to Covent garden and within walking distance of all the main tourist sites

Excellent location and really well-appointed rooms. The staff were friendly and helpful. Slight issue in that the rooms are not well sound proofed and the pillows are very soft but these a minor issues. Would definitely stay here again.

What a find for us for future theatre trips. Friendly staff and a lovely welcome. Our room was so comfortable and had every thing we needed, great bed, good linen, plenty of room, adjustable heating and a real attention to detail. We loved that our bed was turned down and cookies left for when we got back from our evening out. The restaurant food and service was excellent and in the morning breakfast cooked freshly by a chef who could poach perfect eggs. Will be back.

The location is perfect. Right in the heart of Covent Gardens, with shops and restaurants steps away. And a 10 minute walk to the Theatre district.
Our room was immaculate. Had everything we needed. And the staff were lovely. Answered a few questions we had about the area and provided a 430am wake up on the day of our departure. Always courteous and knowledgeable.
I've stayed in the area 4 times in total. On each previous trip, I felt that I sacrificed comfort for the sake of location. Didn't have that feeling at the Henrietta. Bed was like a nest! Bathroom had plenty of space. Perfect. Will definitely stay here again!

An absolutely wonderful first class stay at the Henrietta, a lovely boutique hotel, wonderfully comfy, stylish yet relaxed hotel in an AMAZING location. Great staff, fabulous breakfast and an amazing and huge room. It was my mums birthday and the hotel went above and beyond to accommodate requests and make everything extra special.... couldn't fault it - wouldn't hesitate to recommend! Thank you so much to all at the Henrietta! We will definitely be back...

Julia and her front desk colleagues were efficient, helpful and warm, Julia in particular was naturally welcoming and fun to deal with. The hotel itself is a little gem in a great location for Covent Garden especially and to explore London from generally. Restaurant, bar and cocktails are are of a high quality. Will definitely stay again.
