Service excellent on what had been a fraught day, receptionist so helpful and polite. Booked in to breakfast and can honestly say, that having stayed in several competitors the quality ofvfood and service was exceptional. Particular credit to Aisha, a credit to you organisation. Reception able to assist in extending our stay will definately stay again as will be over this way for next 6 months at least Well done

When you walk in the room is immaculate and clean. Bed was comfortable with good pillows and room was warm upon arrival which was a bonus. The toilet had enough clean towels, toilet itself was clean, good water pressure plus it was hot. The inly downside there was no teabags/coffee but nothing reception cannot resolve. Would recommend Novotel perfect location 5mins walk from the train station, parking on site and it is well in the city centre if you want to get some food.

Check in easy and friendly, bathroom was nice, separate toilet wasn’t ideal for me personally, but wasn’t a big issue, bed comfortable. Would stay again

Although I was only there for 1 night it was a pleasant experience & the staff were very friendly & accommodating. I would definitely recommend it to friends & family whenever visiting Wolverhampton.

The people who work there are friendly and attentive.

5min walk from station big rooms good price will stay here again

Great breakfast. Hotel is good value for money. Five minute walk from the station. Surrounding area is a bit dark and empty but city centre just over the road.

Nice and clean hotel with friendly staffs. Will definitely go back there whenever i am in Wolverhampton town.

3rd stay at the Novotel which is one of the better quality hotels in the area. In the city centre with a short walk to restaurants, bars and public transport. The hotel has a smart open plan lounge/bar area by reception. Buffet breakfast is of a high standard with a good selection for all tastes. The server’s were very attentive and pleasant. The only criticism is that the rooms are looking a bit tired and require modernising - new switches and plug with USB ports. Also the kettle didn’t work, kept switching itself off after 5 seconds and the bathroom light didn’t work. We reported both faults on checkout which were noted by the receptionist.
