The location of the hotel is very good, there are many shops and restaurants around the hotel; the hotel has its own parking lot, which is convenient for people traveling by car; the environment 1 of the hotel, especially the greenery, is very good; but for the four-star positioning hotel, the hotel The facilities are a bit dated and humble, and domestic Samsungs are much better than this. Especially the bed was particularly uncomfortable and too soft, but the area of the room was quite large; breakfast was ok, there were many Europeans and Americans, the international atmosphere was good, and Wifi was particularly fast!
I have stayed at this hotel previously and left great reviews. However this trip was very different and after 2 weeks I moved out to the hotel next door which is much better. The front of house staff here are delightful, particularly Karima. However staff on the pool bar/ cafe are inexperienced and need training. They also kept running out of wine. I had one pizza lunch here which was dreadful. Breakfast is good. I was allocated one of the refurbished rooms with a sea view. It looked great, although the bathroom was tiny - as I was staying solo, that didn't really matter. Some service issues with room which wasn't cleaned one day, Toiletries were not replaced and I ran out of toilet paper twice. The safety deposit box didnt work. The towels were grey and had many threads hanging off them. Sadly it is currently more of a building site that a hotel- they are working at different sites within the hotel and grounds, and it is impossible to avoid loud building work from 10am to 7pm. Rooms are being completely refurbished - doors and windows and flooring and bathrooms. Consequently lots of drilling and banging. They are also replacing the 2 lifts-- one was out of service and will be for quite some more time. The other is new but went out of service at least three times during my stay- but was quickly repaired. Waiting times for the lift were unacceptable. They were also building a large wooden structure in the gardens. Consequently, 6 days of heavy electric stapling going on ! I think they tried to drown out some of the building noise by playing loud music from 9.30 onwards. It didn't work and the music itself became very irritating ! After dark the noise from the pool bar / cafe is totally unacceptable, as they ramp up the music until 11pm or later. Twice a week they have karioke which really is horrendous- so so load. Terrible voices. Mainly French songs. It really was so bad but they refused my requests to turn the sound down- there only suggestion at 11pm was to move rooms- but that included packing and removing all my clothing , too - so hardly acceptable ! I thought they were just giving me a quiet room to sleep in , but no ! The Internet quality is very poor. It comes and goes even in reception! Do not expect to get connection in your room. Most guests form a huddle in reception to gain an Internet connection. Finally, the pricing. I paid about £40 per night for this hotel for a 2 week booking and a separate 1 week booking. I tried to book for the 4th week but was quoted over €150euros per night ! What ? No way is this even a €100 per night hotel!! In any event I cancelled and moved out after 2 weeks - that was the worst 2 weeks I have ever had in a hotel ! MY advice. Do not stay here!! Please look at photos.

Les personnel très gentilles .ils me traité comme un rois.la piscine le restaurant il ya tout ce qui il faut . le résidence est bien situé just acoté de la plage. Les appartements sont spacieuses . Vraiment ç étais un séjour inoubliable.
I booked a double room, The room is huge, with a living room. The hotel is quite suitable for trips with children. Originally I booked one night, and then temporarily added one more night. The only downside was that there were too many guests and the parking space was not enough.
Agadir is not renowned for customer for English tourists it’s a shock that English isn’t spoken everywhere … that’s our problem. But things here can be frustrating This establishment had great staff, nice reception area and god facilities. Top class tennis courts. Nice pool. The staff are very reliable and trustworthy. Believe me that make s big big diffract to your trip. The place is clean and the internet is great ….
What has just become from the hotel? Abstract, dirty and noisy, not to recommend a restaurant. I have always been very happy to visit this hotel with my wife. It was once the King's sister/child, there was everything best, but now? I would no longer recommend this house to anyone. Unfortunately.

The room was spacious and the facilities were new. The quilt inside the room was not covered and there was no towel. It is best to remind in advance before check-in. When we checked in, the hotel could not find the reservation, but they still arranged for us to check in as soon as possible, and then communicated with the platform without delaying the check-in. It is the name of the hotel. The name at the gate is different from the actual hotel name, so it is more difficult to find.

GGuest UserIt was my first time in this hotel room was amazing food was amazing waiting time was long because I came from other hotel at 12.30pm room was not ready so I was tired waiting till 3.00pm I order chicken tajeen was nice and burger meal was very nice food room was amazing but I don't recommend the view as the sea is not clearly visible like atlas amadil hotel has only thing was nice everything was brand new in the room that was standing out
GGuest UserWe have had a beautiful holiday in Zephyr Agadir. The Apar**ents modern style and are well equipped. The staff is always helpful and friendly. There are many ways to go to delicious food nearby, small supermarkets are accessible by foot.
I'll certainly book the accommodation again when I'm back in Agadir.
GGuest UserHotel is in a great position, 5 mins to the beach and beach front restaurants. Rashid organised a couple of trips for us which were great. Room was cleaned everyday with fresh towels, small balcony, sadly ours didn't get the sun! Pool area had plenty of sunbeds, lovely pool but cold at this time of year, we did vrave it though! Breakfast was fine, we didn't have any other meals as we like to go out and eat. We would stay again, a great place for some winter sunshine.
GGuest UserThe Hotel and Complex were pleasant, the grounds well kept with trees, fountains and hedges plenty of greenery. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast had a nice variety but on one occasion I noticed that the Chef tried the milk and then removed it!!! I had just eaten my cereal on which I had poured the milk, so was concerned that it might have caused an issue!! Although comfortable both our room and the Hotel could use a little freshening up, splash of paint. But as we just had the B&B option we were out most of the time Two pools both well kept and with plenty of room around for relaxing and a bar for food and drinks. All in all a good time.
I spent 3 nights at this hotel last December-2022-and again for one night in January 2023 and it was a very enjoyable experience. This hotel is conveniently located 15 minutes from the beach. The room I was given was very clean and was serviced daily. What really makes this hotel stand out is the very friendly staff.I want to mention Miloud,Osama,Ibrahim,Lahcen and especially Mohammed.Help was always available when I needed information or a taxi to the bus station. The food was top class.Breakfast each morning was well prepared and well presented and the set menu for the rest of the day was excellent and very affordable at only 38 dirhams-so appetising in fact that on one day I had it twice-for lunch and for dinner. On New Year's Eve an excellent dinner was prepared at a very attractive price. This is a lovely place to stay at....Top marks...10 out of 10.
JJUNLONGHotel location is good, close to Agadir beach, facilities are perfect, the pool is very good, the price is not good for dinner, it is not recommended. The hotel's service attitude is superb, and welcomes a lot of drinks, desserts and guides. The lobby manager is especially good to like. A dead beach was painted on the beach, not bad. Because I only stayed for one night after catching a plane, Agadir is very beautiful as a European winter resort.
Positives: Hotel and room very clean, room cleaned, fresh towels daily and beds made. Rooms have balcony and good amenities fridge, microwave, hairdryer, kettle, etc. Breakfast was surprisingly good (after reading bad reviews) no fried breakfast but plenty of selection from cereal, bread/toast, omelettes, pastries, x3 kinds of pancakes, porridge, etc. Negatives: Lunch/Evening menu food was very poor, do not upgrade it tasted so cheap and nasty. No Bar! However, there is an off license across the road (Victoria's) so we bought beers and drank them in room/ by the pool but very few alcohol licenced places in general in Agadir. Beds in rooms are so hard. Neutral: location was about 15/20 min walk to beach downhill (there). There's a square for restaurants and a kids park / inflatable area about 5 minute walk. Local area is nice we found things spaced apart so hired a car for 2 days at £25 per day (300Mhr/day). No hotel shop but hotel next door has one and a much nicer cafe/restaurant. Just to note if coming with kids like we did, Agadir is not very child friendly, no childrens menus in most places (although plenty of McDs) lots of high pavements (not pushchair friendly) but we've managed and had a good holiday.
GGuest UserVery Nice People working thier, very helpfull Nice family hôtel with Hugo family rooms. Nice swimming pool and gardens, Near beach from one side and near city centre on tje top area. Will go thier again !!! Nice hôtel and city
