The appearance is an old-fashioned hotel, there are not many staff, it is OK for this price hotel. The location is convenient, but the bar is a bit noisy late. It is very convenient to go out and eat. The hotel is located on 15th Street, 16th Street has an authentic Korean family cuisine is very good, there are also Western food even bars, Food quality is not vulgar and there is a good atmosphere with live concert,.

The environment of the hotel is superb. You can see Yuwei Peak by lying on the bed, which saves you the pain of getting up early to watch the sunrise. The hotel also provides a free shuttle bus to the lake. Sanitary conditions are also very good. Although the facilities are not very new, they are still very good. The hotel also has an infinity swimming pool for swimming. In particular, the service is very considerate. After I fell ill there, everyone from the hotel lobby manager to the waiters cared for me, provided mint tea, and kept warm and cold. Thank them again here.

This hotel was everything we'd hoped for: clean, comfortable, spectacular views and a warm welcome from Maya and her family. It's clear that much love and attention has gone into Pristine Himalaya, as it really lives up to its name. The food was delicious (Maya being an excellent cook) and the location is unbelievable, with a clear view over Pokhara, the lake and even mountain peaks from our bedroom window. The room was modern and comfortable, with hot showers and a comfortable bed. We got all we could have wanted from that visit, so much so that we extended our 2 day visit to 4 days. Absolutely worth it, as it was possibly one of the nicest guesthouses we stayed in! Thank you so much to Maya and the family for accommodating us! We will undoubtedly return when we next visit Pokhara!

Last spring I went to Nepal to do the Annapurna Circuit with a friend. After the trekking we came to Pokhara but suddenly the lockdown happend. One day before lockdown we left Lakeside to search for a quiet and safe place and we happily found the Greenhills. The Greenhills was than my home for several months - I felt so welcome and accepted from my hosts which were like my own family. We eat together, worked together, laughed together - I learned a lot about Nepali culture, society and family from them. In the Greenhills I spend one of the most happiest times of my life. I woke up early in the morning, worked on my computer, made smoothies with the fresh papayas and herbs from the garden, enjoyed the company of the chicken, went swimming to Phewa Lake or hiking to Methlang or Sarangkot, cocked dinner in our guest kitchen and spend the most beautiful evenings on the balcony. I had the best sleep in the comfortable bed just listening to the sounds of the forest. The Greenhills is sourounded by amazing nature - forest, hills and lake - but still you can reach the Lakeside easily to visit a restaurant or a bar. Now that I am back in Germany I miss the Greenhills a lot and also my hosts which have a big place in my heart. Isshwor-bhai: Thank you so much for your endless hospitality and for your patience with me and Sudarshan, that you and your lovely parents gave me a secure and warm home, for your good company - you are my Putali and I will always come back to the Greenhills, when I am in Nepal.

Very disappointing service.

It's clear that much love and attention has gone into Pristine Himalaya, as it really lives up to its name. The food was delicious (Maya being an excellent cook) and the location is unbelievable, with a clear view over Pokhara, the lake and even mountain peaks from our bedroom window. The room was modern and comfortable, with hot showers and a comfortable bed. We got all we could have wanted from that visit, so much so that we extended our 2 day visit to 4 days. Absolutely worth it, as it was possibly one of the nicest guesthouses we stayed in! Thank you so much to Maya and the family for accommodating us! We will undoubtedly return when we next visit Pokhara!

Quietly located and only a 4 minute walk to the lake and center. 10 minutes by taxi to the airport. The room and bathroom were very good according to the price category. The room furnishings were comfortable and appropriate. Very clean bathroom with hot shower, enough towels, toilet paper, soap and shower gel. Thorough room cleaning in which the used bathroom items were also replenished. The staff at the hotel were always friendly and helpful. I would without a doubt recommend the hotel and book it if I visit Pokhara again.

GGuest UserThe Glacier is a lovely hotel situated on the lakeside. The staff and owner are very friendly and attentive. Nothing is too much trouble. Rooms are spacious and had great Mountain View’s. The bar, restaurant and outside courtyard are perfect areas to escape the huddle and bustle of the main *****. Great food and a selection of local beers made this a perfect place to rest and recovery after our trekking on the Mardi Himal. Pokhara is a wonderful city which we will definitely return to.

GGuest UserLoved the design and the view. Every room has a balcony. Overall it’s a nice hotel but we came during the low season so probably hence the lack of amenities. The wifi didn’t work even though the owner tried hard to solve it, for the breakfast I got a small cup of instant coffee watered down beyond belief, the pillows if you take of the pillowcase are so dirty that I was about to throw up. And it’s not that we usually stay at fancy hotels but we weren’t lucky with this one.

The room was great condition and happy with the quality of products. Breakfast was included and it was tasty with various options. Hotel staff were friendly and provided comfortable experience. GGUILANVery good manager, enthusiastic attitude, ordering a paragliding for $100 to bargain, to 800 rupees for the ticket to the city, the snow-capped mountains can be seen on the roof of the hotel. Breakfast is not self-sufficient. There are two kinds of bread slices and Indian cakes. The hotel has its own car, the drop-off or the bus station should tell the manager to let him send it for free, otherwise the cost of Pokhara is very expensive, and the car is 300 rupees. The waiters are also very enthusiastic. If you have finished drinking the free water, remember to ask them.

The room ia well-equipped and has a table, two chairs, a TV set, a kettle, an AC, bottled water, and tea. It also has hot (not just warm) water, which was my first time to see in Nepal 😅 I had a nice breakfast, even prepacked one on the day I was leaving too early to have it in.
The main drawback for me was roosters waking each other up starting from 3 am somewhere nearby. Other than that, great indeed.

The staff is very active and they keep on cleaning the stairs and aisles as well as they are very friendly and always welcome you with an open smile. One day I was buying fruits and I was afraid of the fruit seller for overpricing, accidentally I met one of the staff and he helped me to buy fruits for the actual price of them. The chef in the kitchen is one of the best and at any time of the day, food is a phone call away in case you are staying inside. My only complaint is that on the rooftop there were not any ropes to keep the wet towels and towels were blown away the other day but Hotel Himalayan Inn changed them for me. Yeah just connect rope and some clips for the towels to make life easier :) Overall the experience was excellent and I am grateful to Hotel Himalayan Inn for providing such a good and memorable vacation for us. Special thanks to Sandeep for keeping us company during the nights in the lobby and making us laugh with his jokes!
