It is quite a good option for one night if you need to go to the station. But consider that the station is farther than it seems, as the pedestrian routes maps.mi lay across the road, on which it is almost unrealistic to get with the suitcases and have to make a big hook. It is recommended to go to the branch in advance) A spacious room with all kitchen utensils, bed with a very thin mattress, for someone it is not a good moment. On the respiratory only speak a couple of words in English, But with the help of the translator, you can explain everything. We didn't expect much for the price. However, we were a little surprised. The hotel is in a quiet location and you have 20min to the center. The English language was a little strange for the staff, but it did it in any way, it was also a little sympathetic. Unfortunately, the room had no window and there was a little ne construction atmosphere. But otherwise it was ok for what you paid. for 1-2 nights not bad.

The room is very nice and clean, very classy, and chill. Reasonable price, convenient location near the markets and entertainment areas of District 1, cheap price, free use of services such as laundry, detergent, fabric softener, branded, not the cheap ones that most other hotels often use for cheap. The shampoo and shower gel are good branded ones.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but our recent stay at the Prague Airport Hotel in Vietnam was such a frustrating experience that I feel compelled to share it. We booked a room for our family, which includes young children, and were completely let down. Upon checking in at 16:30, we immediately noticed that the air conditioning was not working. Instead of being transparent, the hotel staff dismissed our concerns, insisting that the aircon just hadn't been on long enough. Given the unbearable heat in the room, we decided to leave for a while to have dinner at a mall, hoping that the room would cool down by the time we returned. Unfortunately, when we returned, the room was even more unbearably hot. Upon further inquiry, the staff finally admitted that the air conditioning for the entire building was broken and wouldn't be fixed until the next day. With the oppressive heat and humidity, it was simply impossible to sleep, especially with two small children and a 20-hour flight ahead of us the next day. Left with no other option, we had to pack everything up and find another hotel at 22:30. This was not only inconvenient but also added unexpected expenses to our trip. Despite this major inconvenience, the hotel management has refused to refund our money, offering a series of excuses instead of a simple apology and refund. The service we experienced was miles away from the typical hospitality we have come to expect in Vietnam. I cannot stress enough how poor the quality and service at Prague Airport Hotel were. There are many other hotels in the vicinity that offer better facilities, free breakfast, and reliable air conditioning for a similar price. I would strongly advise against staying at Prague Airport Hotel - it's simply not worth the risk.

where do all the 5 star reviews come from? We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights and would give it 2 stars rather than 3. The location is ok, there are many small shops and restaurants in the area. The hotel was probably built for the Instagram generation. The interior design is really something special and a treat for the eye. The rooms with a fully glazed sanitary area are also small, but beautiful. There is a refrigerator in the room, but it is only for decoration and does not cool. The bed is large and much more comfortable than is usual in Vietnam. Everything is unfortunately only beautiful for the eyes, not for the ears. There isn't much soundproofing. We noticed the love in the next room as well as the flushing of the toilet in the room above and the argument in the corridor. This is simply a NO-GO for such a hotel. The bar was closed when we wanted a drink at 23.00. Breakfest is not served, but there is a coffee machine in the lobby. We didn't eat in the restaurant as we never saw anyone eat and there were so many choices next door. If you're in the area, this is the perfect spot for a drink and a dozen selfies, but I wouldn't recommend it for an overnight stay.

- Motorbike Taxis (Xe Ôm) are a popular and fast way to navigate the city's often congested streets. Available 24/7, fares are typically negotiable but generally range from 10,000 VND to 15,000 VND per kilometer (approximately $0.43 to $0.65). They are quick and flexible, but safety can be a concern, and it’s advisable to agree on a fare before starting the journey.
- Cyclos are three-wheeled bicycle taxis that offer a leisurely way to see the city. They are ideal for short distances within the city center. While they provide a unique experience, they are slower and mainly for tourist use. Trip.com has designed a three-hour Cyclos tour for those enjoying glimpses of local, daily life in Sài Gòn.
- Water Buses operate along the Saigon River, offering a scenic alternative to road transport. The main route runs from Bach Dang Wharf in District 1 to Linh Dong in Thu Duc City. Loved the services provided and the staff were all very friendly and accommodating! They even prepared a bouquet of roses and a bottle of red wine because my husband and I were celebrating an anniversary during the trip. I had a lovely time and the rooms and facilities seemed clean!
However, on the last night before checking out, I had a glass of the wine with the glasses provided in the room and I had a major case of food poisoning (puking everything I ate, fever) which I’m still recovering from 2 days after returning home.
Pretty sure that it was caused by either the wine or the wine glasses provided since my husband did not have any wine and he did not get any food poisoning. Thank goodness there’s a pharmacy nearby which helped me stopped puking long enough to take my flight back home.
Disappointing and sour end to an otherwise lovely hotel :(

NnonchalantThis is not your regular hotel, its an off beat experience. We stayed in double deluxe room which had a queen size bed and a hammock! The rooms are aesthetically decorated, with a large wooden platform working as the base for the bed. The furniture is minimalistic, the bathrooms were clean and aesthetically pleasing.
There is refreshments bar which has unlimited stacks, water and beer. The breakfast again is leaning towards minimalism, fewer choices but wholesome choices.
The staff were cordial, we reached very early in the morning and were greeted by Thomas, who was kind enough to guide us about the surrounding area and where we can spend time. They have luggage store for guests checking in early or checking out late as needed.
Overall, we had a pleasant and memorable stay at The Hammock, I highly recommend them.

GGuest UserIt was a wonderful stay at Le Merdien Saigon. Check in was a breeze and Ms.Hanni who was on duty was professional and able to address the concern on a minor defect in the room toilet. The issue was rectified while I was outside and issue was fixed prior to returning back to the hotel room. Attentive to the details she verified to ensure everything is in order in the next day. Other concerns were also addressed during check-in and also swift arrangement to address some other issues. A wonderful surprise to a fruit platter as well! We also ordered the in room dining food for dinner and it was good, thanks to the wonderful chef who brought the food up. Overall it was a good stay again in Le Meridien and like to compliment the warm hospitality and excellent customer service to Ms. Hanni and also to the manager on duty . Will be back staying at Le Merdien Saigon in the future. A minor feedback to the Global Marriott bonvoy app ( not Vietnam specific) if the room booking could have a list of default options for customer to be notified if the booking is primarily for room only vs room with breakfast vs room with addon (i.e breakfast , etc ) so that customer would be able to know easily during online booking . Current application may be challenging to navigate these options.

The rooms may be a little dated (shower over the bath tub) but very comfortable On previous stays I have been roomed at the back of the hotel, however on the 2 recent stays have had rooms with view of the surrounds (thanks to Duty Manager Nguyen), and enjoyed both rooms. Staff at the front desk are very warm (even though a little slow), and porters are extremely helpful. The lobby lounge is comfortable for the after touring drink, or before venturing out at night. The only negative I found was that in the mall outside , entertainment went too late in the evening and did cause a little noise too late at night. I would certainly stay here again.

GGuest UserGreat place to stay in HCM! After 2 failed bookings we ended up in Icon Saigon as a back up plan and we ended up staying there for nearly a week. The value you get for the price is the best deal! The hotel is modern, the rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. The breakfast is very complete and in a very pleasant room with good views of the city. The rooftop bar is the perfect place to end the day with many available drinks at a fair price. The staff was very nice and available to help us anytime. We also had plenty of space to work outside the room and the location is perfect, with many restaurants nearby and right by the opera house so we couldn’t ask for anything else.

GGuest UserWe stayed here 2N at the start & 2N at the end of our 12D tour. Each time the hotel bellhop was ready to assist us. Cannot say the same for the Reception staff. The 2nd time we were even given a room that we could not even lock and after waiting for some time and still not allocated a new room, we insisted that we be given one asap and they had no choice but to upgrade us. No tourist information was also given and when we asked for a map, they flipped through files and then said that there was none left. Surely, they could photocopy one from their file. We then asked directions to the river and all they told us was that it was too far to walk. We told them we had looked it up before we came to Vietnam and it was within walking distance. It is less than 2km away. The good points of the hotel is that it is very conveniently located opposite Ben Thanh Market and within walking distance to the river, Saigon Opera House and the Saigon Centre/Takashimaya where there were plenty of food choices. The buffet breakfast is also good enough with both Western (scrambled eggs/sausages/ham/salad/plain pastries) and Asian (congee/soup/rice with veg/fish/meat), a fruit juice/tea/coffee/fruits/yoghurt. Just be warned that the hotel's entry is via a flight of stairs. Hence, not suitable for those requiring wheelchair access or the very elderly.

GGuest UserLocation was great and rather centralized. It's right at the corner of the happening night life street. Music were loud but manageable in the room.
Staffs were friendly and helpful. There's a massage place at the entrance of the hotel which is very convenient if you need one.
Just 1 downside is that the sink has some pipe issues whereby it will leak but issue wasn't that big to complain about.
Overall would recommend the place to stay.
