This is the perfect spot when needing a place to stay for you appointment with the U.S. Consulate. Everything you need is within walking distance. It is located in a safe area.

Excellent service at all time. Love the fact that they have computers to use and allow you to print and documents. Love the various options every day for breakfast. Very attentive staff.

Excellent stay
This hotel was right next to the American consulate very convenient to walk around for your consular services. The hotel was clean and well maintained. The staff are very friendly and helpful they have free shuttle service and great breakfast buffet.

My husband and I stayed at Hotel Mesaluna for 16 days during his immigration process, a stressful period eased by this exceptional hotel. The rooms were cozy, the property was impeccably clean, and the daily breakfast was fantastic with varied hot options. On-site laundry and a well-equipped gym were lifesavers. The staff was warm, professional, and ensured our safety with 24/7 reception and key-only access. Ideally located directly next door to the U.S. Consulate, it’s perfect for immigration appointments, with two major clinics and a great restaurant across the street. For security reasons due to its proximity to the consulate, rooms on that side of the building lack windows, but we requested a room with a window and were promptly accommodated. This hotel became our home during a tough time, and we wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone visiting Juarez, especially for consulate matters.

Had a wonderful stay. Staff were very helpful and friendly and felt very safe. If you are coming for your VISA appointments, this is the best place to stay as everything you will need to go to is in walkable distance.
