Desde el primer trato con la recepcionista fue un tanto desagradable, el desayuno está feo ni paguen el extra por el, no vale nada la pena, la calefacción del cuarto no funcionaba y no la arreglaron, no hicieron la limpieza del cuarto , entonces mejor considerar otra opción tómenla

The Room Was Ok, Only Thing Is That Everything Look Old And Worn, Had Problem With The Door Security Pin. It Locked Us Out. Sliding Glass Door Lock Inoperative . Staff Was Very Courteous. I Would Stay There Again.

It was okay. ******* promotes it having A/C but we could not turn it on because the whole establishment is at a set temperature so during winter off and rooms were hot. Shower pressure for hot water after is slow. Frustrating. Good customer service and breakfast.

It's just OK, expensive for what it is. They have an indoor pool, but it's small; they don't have a coffee maker, nor a fridge in the room, and the toiletries are tiny. If they want to charge us prices, they need to add a fridge and coffee maker (paid $120 US dollars per night). Breakfast was not included; I paid (I think $10 extra per person) Check out is at 1:00 pm, but they lock your keys at 12:30 The hotel was OK, but I will try a different one next time.
