Libere needs to be more up-front around the virtual nature of their hotels. Things don't take 2 minutes, as they state. Their communication is awful - I waited almost an hour to access my room, trying to work out how to contact them, sending messages, no response, phoning, told to call back. Awful, awful customer service - will never stay at one of their properties again! Oh, and if you're going to have a rainfall shower head, make sure it works properly, and doesn't just dribble water for a poor shower experience.

Los errores humanos, aunque no tengan solución se solventan mejor con una disculpa que con un grito SIEMPRE, pero hay que tener una educación básica para saber ESCUCHAR. Viajamos con bebé y preguntamos antes de realizar la reserva si el apartamento disponía de congelador para conservar durante la estancia la comida del bebé. Me confirman que el apartamento está equipado de frigorífico con puerta de nevera y puerta de congelador. Durante el viaje llamo para indicar que aunque el check-in es a las 15:00, tenemos previsto llegar sobre las 14:00 y me gustaría poner en el congelador la comida del bebé. Me atiende telefónicamente SARA, me dice que el apartamento no tiene congelador, que es IMPOSIBLE que eso lo dijera la compañera en el momento de la reserva y lejos de pedir disculpas o buscar solución, se justifica bastante alterada diciendo que “una parte del frigorífico enfría algo más que la otra”. Evidentemente si no me hubiesen ENGAÑADO no hubiese realizado la reserva porque es lo primero que pregunto antes de reservar en cualquier hotel o apartamento. Incluso cuando me he alojado en hotel con servicio de minibar en habitación, al preguntar en el momento de la reserva me han ofrecido el congelador del personal de recepción si fuese necesario. APRENDAMOS de los que sí saben dar un trato profesional.
