Ciudad Real, 45 degrees in the middle of August and a 4-star hotel without a pool...it was disappointing, although the rest of the hotel is fine and has good facilities

Excellent hotel and good facilities. The staff was unbeatable, especially the receptionist, who was very friendly and professional. Perfect.

The hotel is very nice, very spacious, has a gym, and outdoor and underground parking for €8, as well as very thoughtful decor. The rooms are clean, with air conditioning, a shower, a hairdryer, hair conditioner, body lotion, and a minibar. The staff we interacted with was very friendly, which is always important. And finally, the breakfast buffet was the icing on the cake. It's buffet-style and has everything: fruit, cold cuts, pastries, breads, coffee, juices, cereals... It's very rich and varied. I would definitely return.

The hotel is located in the central area of Ciudad Real, with large rooms and convenient dining out. However, the room faces west, making it hot and stuffy in the afternoon. I consulted the front desk and they said the air conditioner can only heat and not cool. Although it cooled down at night, the experience was affected.

Viaje de negocios. A 5 minutos de la estacion de AVE. Buenas instalaciones y muy limpio. Desayuno con un rincon regional.

El hotel es fantástico, limpio, habitaciones amplias, cama y almohadas confortable y con bares y restaurantes cerca . A unos 10 minutos del centro con un agradable y tranquilo paseo. Con buena zona de aparcamiento. Sin duda repetiré si vuelvo a Ciudad Real.

Fue una gran experiencia. El hotel e muy bonito, muy limpio y el personal muy amable. Volvería a quedarme ahí definitivamente.
