Absolutely fabulous hotel with the most amazing staff with a special mention to Jorge and Gimena at the pool bar The marina chic rooms are lovely and the vista was beautiful The location is perfect with lots of different eating establishments and reasonably priced and the Thai restaurant which is in the hotel was exceptional We will definitely return after our wonderful experience with you Thank you making our first stay so memorable

Hotel is fantastic, staff are lovely and the sun beds are the comfiest I’ve ever had. The only thing that could be better is the dinner in the buffet restaurant, the selection was limited and food was often cold/lukewarm. However, the cocktails at the pool bar very nice and it was poolside waitering service!

From the moment of arrival we were welcomed by the friendly and attentive staff. The room was clean and comfortable with everything that you need. The food in the buffet was above average for half board, the Thai garden restaurant attached was first class. Easy access to the marina with an array of bars and restaurants plus a local bus services to Ciutadella, which is must see! The staff went the extra mile for my birthday whilst there and gifted me a few treats for the room which was a lovely touch.Overall great hotel and location, we will be returning.

Just came back from this hotel where we spent a very relaxing 14 days, the hotel staff made our break from checking in to room cleaning. A special mention to Laura and Katy in the restaurant plus a young lad with glasses (sorry cannot remember his name) their service was beyond excellent, as were the rest of the staff including the catering staff. Spent our days lazing around the pool being served drinks and snacks, plenty of sunbeds so no scramble to secure a bed . My partner decided to have a full body massage after making free use of the gym and for 120euros for a 1hour and 30 min massage she said it was the best massage she as ever had and to book again to come back to this hotel. Location 3 to 5 minutes to beach, 5 to 10 minutes to marina wit host of bars and restaurants, where you can hire a motor boat to explore all the little coves and beaches (self drive approx 140 euros) for 4 hours. Rooms we had room 25ground floor pool facing consisting off sliding glass door into the lounge area with large L shaped settee facing wall mounted TV and a table with 3 chairs, into a cabin kitchen with kettle, microwave, toaster and single plate hob, and fridge . Tea and coffee are provided and the fridge is stocked with beer, water and soft drinks which are free BUT refill is charged so we just stocked up from supermarket across road. The shower/toilet is quite large and comes complete with shower gel and body wash, the sink also comes with hand wash and a shaving mirror plus a large wall mounted mirror there is also a hairdryer in a little basket under the sink. Towels are provided and changed when requested including 2 green beach/ sunbed towels, Bedroom with shutters so if room hot you can leave windows open with shutters closed, bed is very large and double wardrobe and FREE safe, Plenty of wall sockets. The rooms are air conditioned The cleaning staff are in everyday and they do an excellent job. If like us you go Half board you can eat out at three/four restaurants but you book at reception with a time slot. Would we go again YES.

The entire staff team at the hotel were delightful. Friendly, attentive & really looked as though they genuinely enjoyed their work! I really want to mention the buffet staff who were brilliant!! The restaurant was kept immaculately and they were all so friendly and made the effort to chat and make you feel special!

What a lovely week we've had. Beautiful apar**ent (after an upgrade costing €150) for a pool room. Very clean. Breakfast delicious. Staff so friendly and helpful. Lovely background music playing all day. Great location for a quiet holiday. Negatives.....no UK TV despite the brochures saying otherwise. Pool Cabanas little overpriced at €30 per day and a very loud, unnecessary DJ at weekends. No evening entertainment. But would definitely recommend this lovely complex. Just take day trips at weekends 😆

First time in Minorca, so first time at the Lago resort : What is there not to like ? From the delicious and varied breakfast buffet that can satisfy even the most picky taste (+ vegetarians ) to the cleanliness and very comfy rooms with all the equipment you can wish for. Add to that, a nice big pool with very comfy sunbeds and excellent service from a friendly staff. To be mentioned the possibility to charge your electric vehicles, park and repair your bike AND last but not least: The delicious Thai and Peruvian restaurant that we tried as well as the nice chill out bar restaurant at the lighthouse with amazing views - We recommend without hesitation!

This is a nice complex (not really an hotel) with comfortable rooms. Food isn't great. Staff very friendly. Pool nice if a little small, but omg don't expect a relaxing day. The resident DJ pumped music far too loud all afternoon. Definitely not what we expected when booking. When we arrived there was lovely background music. Sadly replaced the next day by noise!
