The room service was attentive, and the front desk staff were very kind and had excellent service. The hotel is close to the highway exit, and there are many local eateries nearby. The hotel breakfast was also plentiful and delicious. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time.

I had a fairly comfortable stay this time. The room was clean and tidy, and the service was good. When I came back from having some late-night snacks, they even left a warm light on for me, which felt quite thoughtful.

The Ningbo Cixi Longshan Kaiyuan Mingting Hotel was an excellent experience! The Tang-style design was elegant and stylish, the rooms were clean and spacious, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the smart toilet and separate wet and dry bathroom were a big plus. The front desk staff were warm and polite, and the tea service was heartwarming. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious. The on-site laundry room and gym were very practical, the surrounding area was convenient, and the hotel offered excellent value for money, making it a top choice for business trips and travel!

As a newly opened hotel in 2025, I was immediately impressed from the moment I stepped into the lobby – the design blends the elegance of the Tang Dynasty with modern aesthetics, and the warm lighting creates a particularly refined atmosphere. The reception staff were incredibly welcoming, making check-in efficient and thoughtful, and they even proactively offered breakfast vouchers – the attention to detail was truly heartwarming. The room exceeded my expectations! It was spacious and bright, the bedding was so soft it felt like sinking into a cloud, and the tranquil environment ensured a restful sleep. Opening the electric curtains revealed breathtaking views of the lake and mountains; the bathroom featured a practical and clean separation of wet and dry areas, and was fully equipped with a smart toilet and brand-name toiletries – a perfect blend of technology and comfort. Even more thoughtful were the wireless charging, the whole-room smart control system, and the mini-fridge stocked with complimentary iced drinks – so comforting on a hot summer day. The hotel's facilities are on par with high-end hotels. The gym is spacious, and the laundry room is fully equipped, offering a one-stop solution for all your travel needs – laundry and drying! Breakfast was a delightful surprise, with a wide variety of delicious options in an elegant setting, perfect for starting your day with energy. The location is also superb, with convenient transportation; it's only a short drive from all of Longshan's major attractions, and supermarkets and restaurants are nearby. For just over 200 yuan, this high-quality hotel, including breakfast for two and free parking, is incredibly good value! Whether for business or leisure, it's a hidden gem in Longshan, and I'll definitely stay here again next time!

The rooms were spacious and bright, with mountain views visible through the electric curtains. The smart home controls throughout the room were incredibly convenient, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a great night's sleep. The bathroom had a separate shower and toilet, a fully equipped smart toilet, and a complete set of toiletries. There were also complimentary drinks in the mini-fridge. The hotel's amenities were excellent, including free parking, a 24-hour gym, and a self-service laundry room (with dryer) – incredibly practical. The "Ya Yan Ji" breakfast offered a diverse and delicious mix of Chinese and Western dishes. The location was also superb; it's just a short drive from attractions like Pengshan and Fulongshan, making it perfect for both business and leisure travel. The value for money was incredible, and I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time!

Regarding Ctrip: I downloaded the Baida Card app at the hotel that day and checked the price; it was only 250 yuan. I booked it for 297 yuan (the next morning I saw news about Ctrip's monopoly...). Regarding the hotel: The soundproofing in this Kaiyuan hotel room was extremely poor. The people next door kept talking; it felt like the two rooms were separated by only two plywood sheets. It was very disruptive to my rest. Choosing this hotel instead of a Kaiyuan in the city center was a complete mistake. Before booking, I read guest reviews about the poor soundproofing but didn't think much of it. I had planned to explore the surrounding area in the morning, but without a good rest, I lost my appetite. I still want to give a thumbs up to the auntie who makes noodles for breakfast; the service staff were generally fine. The problem lies in the soundproofing, which is something the owner is responsible for. There were no signs in the elevator, restaurant, gym, or laundry room. The elevator didn't require a card. The WiFi worked with a mobile phone scan, but the computer couldn't connect. It worked after I checked out the next day. Having stayed at countless Kaiyuan hotels, this one's poor soundproofing is downright hotel-level...
