Cixi Hangzhou Bay International Hotel

This is a 4-star hotel with attentive and thoughtful service, and a great dining experience. The ambiance is elegant, the food quality is excellent, and overall it was a very pleasant stay. Highly recommended! 👍

Checked in, the front desk service was very good, very enthusiastic, and upgraded my room type. The room was clean and the breakfast was also good

The location is good, and it is convenient for eating and other things. The decoration is relatively old, and the facilities and equipment are old. The socket panel is loose, the carpet is not cleaned, and the refrigerator does not cool. We were told that the hotel's refrigerator is like this. There is obvious dust everywhere, there are few varieties of breakfast, no one collects the plates, and no one replenishes the food when it is gone, and the marks of water leakage are not repaired. The service attitude of the girl at the front desk is good, but the service attitude of the noodles and wontons in the restaurant is too bad. There are a few general people from this hotel who smoke and chat with the waiters at the door of the restaurant every day. It is smoky and like a farmhouse in the countryside. It does not deserve a four-star rating and is not recommended for everyone.

The service of Xiao Qu at the front desk is good and the environment is also very good!

The front desk service was very good. The check-in and check-out procedures were very fast. The room was decorated in a new style and was clean. I forgot my charger at the hotel and the front desk contacted me. I felt good and would choose to stay here next time.
