Hyatt Regency Ningbo Hangzhou Bay

Honestly, I've stayed at many Hyatt hotels, but this one really left me with some complaints, starting with their swimming pool. It's the worst pool experience I've ever had, not because it's dirty, but because it's chaotic. It only has three swimming lanes, 1.2 meters deep, and there's no supervision. For example, when I went, I didn't see any lifeguards, which meant no one was managing the pool. Some people were just playing around in the three lanes, causing them to splash into me multiple times while I was trying to swim properly, which was extremely frustrating. I personally believe swimming lanes are for swimming, and if you want to play, there's a smaller pool next to it. Plus, with so few lanes, they even had coaches giving lessons during a holiday! So, there was no actual space for me to swim. I did complain to the hotel afterwards, and they told me the pool is outsourced, so they can't do anything about it. That really bothered me. I chose this hotel because of the 'Hyatt' brand, but when I'm swimming here, you tell me it's outsourced and you can't control it? I question that, and the hotel didn't give me a satisfactory answer. I can only share my real experience so others can consider it before choosing. I hope they can sort out the pool; it's not good to have a swimming pool without any lifeguards. I went twice, and both times I didn't see a single lifeguard! Don't tell me they just stepped away; I was swimming for an hour and didn't see anyone!

The lobby is elegant and the service is attentive. The room is clean and comfortable, the bedding is soft, and the amenities are complete, making for a very pleasant stay. A special shout-out to Elara for her excellent service attitude.

I would absolutely stay at this hotel again. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly, they held my car keys for me, and helped me resolve all my issues. The service quality was top-notch. Highly recommended.

The service at Elara was incredibly thoughtful and attentive. The staff were very responsible and even helped us get a room upgrade. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the rotating TV was a very convenient feature. We were very satisfied overall. During our stay, we asked for two bottles of water, and they thoughtfully brought us six – that was a really nice touch. The breakfast spread was extensive and delicious. The hotel also has a play area for children, making it a fantastic experience for families with kids. We were extremely happy with everything!

The hotel was very clean and nice. We were traveling with a child and even got a free upgrade to a deluxe room, which was great! 👍 The service attitude was also good, and the breakfast was delicious.

This hotel is very close to Fantawild, making it our top choice when visiting the park. The breakfast spread is incredibly rich, with options like oatmeal and rice cake soup, and it all tastes great! The lobby is spacious and offers a delicious afternoon tea. Our room was quite clean, and this time we were on the 20th floor, providing a panoramic view of the surroundings. There's a wide variety of takeout available, with all sorts of cuisines, including tangyuan (glutinous rice balls) and small seafood dishes. 'Yan' from room service was very enthusiastic; when we called to ask for children's slippers and toiletries, they were delivered incredibly fast. They even proactively called us when we left something behind in the room, which was super reliable! We'll definitely stay here again next time.

Got an upgraded room, which was incredibly spacious. The hotel facilities are brand new, and the service is excellent. Plus, they offer free dinner, so I've been eating and drinking at the hotel for the past two days – a rare, relaxing getaway! There are also some nice attractions nearby. Very good!
