The breakfast bar each day was excellent with excellent staff that welcomed you each morning. The condition of the property was horrible. The furniture, the toilet, and the carpet was not maintained and damaged. The cleanliness of the hotel was good but they're upkeep was subpar.

Well the staff was nice. Breakfast was delish and manned very well. The room was ok. Floor was dirty. Room door was disgusting and needed a wipe down. The chair in the room was gross and we chose not to sit in it. The bed has a divit in it on the left side that I kept rolling into it so slept horrible. Shower pressure was bad and needs a new head. So glad we only had one night here. We did tell the front about the door and chair.

It seems that the property has not been updated for a lot of years. The fabric of the chair in our room was very old and damaged. The carpet in the room was old and with stains.
Carpets in front of elevator were dirty with stains.
Air Water Filter in fountain in the lobby need to be changed (based on red light in the fountain). It remained like that during our whole stay. The price of the room was very expensive based on what we found in our room.

The stay was great for a great price. Will stay there again. I also like the fact they are conveniently located near everything to suite your needs as far as food, shopping stores, and gas stations.

The service was just ok...my daughter asked for an extra pillow and was denied her request. I would have gladly signed for a pillow to be added to my room for accountability purposes. I also aaked about them added packaged grits to their breakfast. The desk manager firmly said the only serve what corporate sends them. It felt like a hard no...didn't think that was a customer friendly response.

Checked in late and felt like i was bothering them from their conversation..not friendly, place felt cold and had smoke smell, would not stay again and i love countrt inn and suites
