AC Hotel Clearwater Beach Reviews

Good location,nice room,but horrible service. There was no hospitality, the front desk always act like they don’t know anything. They didn’t clean our room during the stay. No room service, anything we ask they just like they don’t know or I had to go down to the front desk to pick up. Also upon my arrival, the front desk said my reservation was booked through third party and it was cancelled. I had to firmly insist that I prepaid everything and I got the confirmation from the hotel, then she start to figure out. The attitude was arrogant and not welcoming at all.

Great stay at AC hotels. It was clean, easy to check in, & valet was very nice. Parking fee is required but you can come & go as many times as you’d like for no additional fees.

A very superior and modern hotel with a European standard. The hotel is very chic and modern. The lobby looks very inviting. The rooms are extremely clean and really spacious. The shower and the beds are extremely high quality. Each room has a seamless floor-to-ceiling window with panoramic views. The valet service is very polite and does a great job. Valet parking costs around 30 euros. You can walk to the beach within 5 minutes.
