WoodSpring Suites Orlando West - Clermont

Everyyhing was good except for the bed pillows. The pillows looked and felt like pancakes. There were so flat. Felt like no pillows at all. And maybe better blanket.you can tell there very old and thin.

The whole place smelled like smoke. Very dirty, there was dog kibble all over the floor in the hallways.

Good location, close to the West Orange trail and close to several dining and breakfast options

The office clerk would not rent me a room. One of the rudest young ladies I've ever met! I encourage you to pull the video tape from 2/26/26 @ time of check in. Will NEVER stay there again. The floors were filthy! I have pictures!

The room was clean , check in was easy. The walls are thin you can hear everything but good price. Would stay again if in the area

Front desk very rude . Seemed like a ton of homeless families lived there and kids running around everywhere unattended.

To start we get to the hotel and there are 2 girls and guy right at the entrance drinking a cheap gallon of whiskey on the stoop. Then, as we get to our room, A fight breaks out in the hallway that lasted two hours. I called the front desk to have them call the cops and got disconnected twice. But they called back, at 3am and woke me up to tell me the cops were called. All in all the worst experience of my life with no sleep
