The air conditioning was out, but they were able to refund our money. They allowed us to view the room first. I am glad we did. There was a strange odor in the room due to poor circulation in the room.

Maid stole $100 from my CHILD. It was clearly a child’s money, stolen from a child’s bag. Manager hasn’t had the courtesy to call me for 3 days. The night porter couldn’t care less when I reported it on my way out after my child realised. The maid is the ************* and the staff and the manager couldn’t care less! How is this is a Hilton? I’ll be taking it up with Hilton head office given the hotel don’t care. I wouldn’t bother if it was not clearly stolen from a child.

The windows are sealed, so there is a peculiar musty smell. The staff is friendly and the location is good. I would definitely go back.
