The staff friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. It was a nice view of the city. The baseball stadium was right across the street as well.

DON'T STAY HERE!!! Additional $22 daily for parking, parking gate is defective so youll have to go to the front so they can let you out or in. Room still had dirty wet feet stains on the floor from the previous costumers. Bathroom smelled like damp clothes that never dried. Had a leak on the toilet which was adressed. I stayed here 3 days and there was no house keeping for any of those days. Pool is tiny and dirty. Breakfast not included. The only thing this hotel has is maybe location, but even then there is nothing adjacent to it where you can get food, groceries, etc. we tried to relax at the pool but a group of people were literally having a party with alcoholic drinks loud music and smoking *****.

The staff was incredibly kind and helpful — when I arrived soaking wet from the rain, they immediately gave me a towel and offered me free water, which was such a thoughtful gesture. My room was spacious and the bed was comfortable, making it easy to relax after a long day. I truly appreciated the warm and attentive service.

Our car along with 5 other cars got broken into on the same night and the hotel did not do anything to compensate the parking fees we paid. Despite having cameras AND a parking security, the security guard had clear view of the lot and was nowhere to be found when everyone woke up in the morning to find our cars trashed. We were visiting from Canada so we had a very long drive ahead of us in the rain with NO windows. We paid $300 which was the lowest in the area for windows. Do not recommend staying here unless you want your cars broken into, but if you don’t own a car, the stay is alright, just what you would expect from a Hilton.

Good location ,Hotel seemed in a good shape ,clea lines was lacking, either cleaned in a rush .Our washroom floor was not mopped u can tell by bath mat turned black as we wiped the water spill from shower. Emptied the washropm garbage bin and handful of hair in garbage bin.The beds were comfy and clean.The staff were friendly especially the food/catering side.The parking attendant on the other hand was very rude.He sat there on his phone while we struggled to get access into parking lot although we had pre paid for parking. .He seemed annoyed when we asked for help.Not sure what he he is there for .Turned out it was their scanner issue. Parking is extra 20 dollars a night and breakfast buffet was 18 dollars for adult and $ 6 or 8 for kids under 12 .
