Clean, great location for exploring downtown, comfy beds, even the blue tile in the bathroom (initially giving Dutch grandma vibes) grew on me. Skipped their valet parking and parked at connected garage on 1301 6th Street for less than half the price.

The hotel is under renovation. This was not indicated anywhere. No gym. No pool. Dirty elevators. The room itself was decent. Staff's service was good. But not a good guest experience for the first time to Cleveland.

Great location. Close to alot of amenities without all the heavy traffic. Very clean and WONDERFUL staff! Door Man/Valet, to security, to cleaning staff. All wonderful and very pro-active for everything we needed!

Easy check in, very friendly, helpful check in staff. Lovely room, large comfy bed, good bathroom, great shower.  Somewhat disappointed by very limited on site Mexican restaurant food & it was quite poor in terms of portion and lacked any real flavour.  We had issue with getting bed made up and asked on 3 different occasions over our 3 night day. Jen on reception promised it would be done for out return to hotel in afternoon but sadly it was not and in spite of her further requests it was never done.  On check out when I told her it still hadn’t been done she agreed this was not good enough as she had been assured by housekeeping it would be done previous day.  Jen said she was sending 30,000 points to my Marriott account to compensate for our disappointment and they would show up within 48 hrs. That was 28 April , it’s now 14May and still nothing……… I really expected much better from a hotel of this standard. Westin you have let the Marriott group and us down.  You really need to deliver on your promises.  So disappointed ☹️☹️☹️☹️

The hotel was excellent. The rooms were clean, spacious, and fully equipped. It's an 18-minute drive from the car rental location and less than 25 minutes from the airport. Breakfast is self-service. Parking was expensive: self-parking was $49, and valet parking was $75. We parked at a nearby parking lot, LAZ Parking, a few minutes' walk away, which was cheaper. There's a Chinese restaurant a few minutes' drive away; the food was good. The dry-pot crispy fish was delicious. I've never tried Cui's fish before.

This hotel was actually recommended to me by AI. It was clearly influenced by misleading advertising; it's basically a third-rate office area. There are no commercial services, entertainment, or restaurants nearby. The bartender at the lobby bar was a rather strange employee, quite hostile to guests who wanted a drink and to watch a televised sports game. As a result, the bar was always deserted. In short, it's a hotel that's both physically and psychologically cold. I absolutely do not recommend it. The only warmth in the hotel comes from the few valet parking attendants at the entrance. They are professional and enthusiastic. Unless you're just looking to try your luck with parking, there's absolutely no reason to stay here.
