The beds were horrible the front desk clerk smoked **** in the bathroom I did a review and the manager called wanted to comp a nights stay but I booked through you guys so he couldn’t!!

We had a pleasant stay at Tru in Cleveland.

I asked the customer service for a blanket, but they said they didn't have any. I found Indian cockroaches crawling around in the room. The desk was small, and there was an internet box hanging on the wall under the desk, which could be easily kicked by feet.

Great new hotel! Breakfasts are ok, rooms are clean. Staff is 4, not the friendliest, all liquids in the room ran out, had to ask for refills
