Beautiful location outside of the city. Staff very friendly. Breakfast was amazing. Great value

Bad remark is that I was charged for water from mini bar that I did not take.

The hotel is nice, the rooms are quite big and cleaned. The hotel has its own parking, which is an advantage, in case you are going by car. The only disadvantage is the location of the hotel, not in the centrum of the city, but this is mentioned in the hotel's description. Anyway, it's a very good option taking into consideration the money you are paying for the room. The breakfast, on the other hand was not so good, not at all as for a 4 star hotel, but maybe this was due to the fact that the hotel was not crowded. All in all, for us it was a nice experience, but if we are returning to cluj, we'll choose a hotel situated in the center of the city, instead of this one.

Beautiful rooms, great service and very clean.

Nothing to say about the rooms and the location of the hotel. The whole problem lies in the restaurant service. Slow service, so slow that when we sat down at 8 p.m., the waiter announced to us after the dish which arrived cold at 10 p.m. that he would not serve us dessert because the kitchens were closed. No excuses, no explanations. It is not up to the standard of this type of establishment.

Hotel pulitissimo, personale gentilissimo. Le ragazze che puliscono le stanze sono molto gentili e pulite. Non c’è stato un giorno in cui non hanno pulito la stanza perfettamente. Unica pecca è la colazione per i miei gusti un po’ povera, ma comunque molto buona. Avevo il balcone in camera, il bagno era sempre attrezzato! Ho soggiornato per quasi un mese e mi sento di Consigliarlo.
