I didn’t have a stay because when I arrived at the hotel they told me I didn’t have a reservation. Freaking ridiculous, after driving for 8 hours. :(
After all those hours in a car I arrived there at 11pm to be told this and needing to rush to find another hotel.
& to top it off, I lost all my points.

Pool was out of service, sink in room would not drain, pillows were very uncomfortable. Other than that everything went smoothly. Front desk was very friendly at check-in.

Super impressed with our entire stay at Hampton Inn. Service was wonderful. We also had two dogs with us and we’re treated royally with them. We will certainly stay there again when we come to see family in the future.

My sister and I had an amazing stay. The receptionist working the desk was incredibly kind and maxe ne feel right at home. The free hot cocoa station in the lobby was a lovely touch. The room was comfortable and the tv was nice. I do wish it was updated so we could have connected a device to watch a movie of our choosing. I also wish the pool was open. Overall, my it was a wonderful stay!

Ginger made the breakfast area so welcoming! It was clean, I loved all of the options and the quality of the ingredients.
Furthermore, when we checked in last night (12/21) the clerk was so welcoming and friendly, I loved the hot cocoa bar!
Overall, this was a fantastic hotel and we will definitely come again!
