The dining area was a bit dirty and the sink was clogged. Everything else was fine, as it's just across the road from Ciwalk.

A budget hotel near a busy shopping streets, a good mall is also walking distance

I had bad experience staying at this hotel. I left my passport at the receptionist after check in session. But the receptionist didn't return my passport until I ask them. She also kept it until the day I check out from the hotel. The toilet has bad smell, the floor quite dirty. The curtain n aircond also got thick dust, my family had to sneeze all the time. The foods taste is very nice eventho they give simple breakfast for us. I hope u guys can improve ur service n cleanliness next time. Thank u. 😊

the hotel is close to ciwalk mall, a beautiful and comfortable place. I am both with my child & this is the fourth time staying at this hotel. See you again in January, 2024.

Very convenient to reach Ciwalk and surrounding areas. Quite convenient to reach railways station.

Everything is ok... the staff are friendly... but from the first check in I asked for a doormat until the check out never arrived 😥... maybe it can be improved again in the future huh?

The room is quite spacious, the bathroom is clean, the mattress is clean.

The hotel is old, just clean, the service is also good, next to Ciwalk, so don't be afraid, you can also have breakfast
