We had to leave a night early due to a family emergency but while we were there is was amazing. Staff are all friendly, very clean, kept the sidewalks salted, from ice. Breakfast was super delicious.

The pool desperately needs attention and deep cleaning. The comforters show staining and yellowing. We have come every year as a family of 6 for the last 4 years and have always enjoyed our stay, but this year, we could tell cleanliness and pool maintenance is really slipping.

Wow! This was such an incredible place to stay. Beautiful nature themed design. Amazing staff. They Even had hot soup available for us when we arrived. Definitely would recommend.

The only thing i would suggest is having water during the breakfast. Other than that the staff was very kind the location was great. Had a great experience.

Despite being a new building the rooms in the hotel have zero sound proofing. You will hear noises from your neighbors above and next to you, and in the hallway. You will hear water flushing through pipes (quite loudly) and there will be zero privacy for anyone traveling with companions and using the bathroom. The sofa bed is also only suitable for children, ours had a very large dip in the middle as if there was a support rod missing, and the blankets provided were very thin, scratchy, and did not feel entirely clean. Not sure why the hotel cannot provide a comforter for the sofa bed.
Otherwise the facilities were very clean, the lighting in the bathroom was good, and there was a generous breakfast offered.
