Very comfortable stay. Bed was a little old and tired but still managed to sleep like a baby before my early morning departure. Great staff interaction as well. Would stay again with no hesitation.

A satisfactory stay. The guy who checked in was very enthusiastic. The hotel facilities and environment are also very good. The only downside is that I found a lot of ants on the wall of the first-floor restaurant, which made me anxious about the health of my children.

The welcome and checkout was first class, the room was in excellent condition with air con a very clean bathroom and no complaints. This property is far nicer than the Quality Inn that are in the UK……in fact I won’t stay in a Quality Inn in the Uk. Great Australian hotel

The front desk staff were extremely friendly! All else was very good except the people in the room upstairs arrived late and were very noisy. This affected our sleep to some degree, but overall, we enjoyed our stay.

The staff members Peter and Josh were so amazing! Will definitely stay here again when we return to Coffs. The pool was perfect for our kids. Great location. Thank you

It was in a good location but the hotel is outdated and needs an update. The room smelt musty and had bad odour throughout. The room was quite prone to noise slamming from the next door and can hear the taps running as other guests wake up or go to sleep.
Overall, good to stay quickly but for the price I paid was not worth it based on the condition of the facility.
