We really liked everything! Modern comfortable apartments in an incredibly convenient location - 5 minutes from the Arena!
Cleaning every day, shampoos refilled, towels changed if you put them on the floor. There is a kitchenette, stove, microwave, refrigerator, and 2 small bottles of water are provided daily.
The staff at the reception are very nice.
Among the small disadvantages: there were problems with the safe, it did not open for two days in a row, it gave an error, although we entered the code correctly, when they came to us to fix it, it turned out that it opened with the usual standard code (i.e. it could be opened any employee just like that).
Well, the cost was a little high for the New Year holidays, but everything is clear here :)
Overall, highly recommend!

We loved everything about this place. will love to go back and stay at this hotel again. the rooms were big and so clean and a great price. we were very sad to leave. the suites are like little apartments.... HIGHLY recommended

Hotel room is excellent, it is modern and clean. The staff service is ok, however, communication to the staff regarding parking was difficult, hotel told me to drive to a specific street for valet parking, because it is in ZTL, however, when I arrived at the street, there was no one there. I had to call the hotel for someone to walk to my car for valet service, I ended up blocking the one way street for 15mins. This is the only area that i am not satisfied with.

The property was very nice . The rooms was modern and very clean and the bed comfortable.Did not like the fact that reception was right outside of our door . The street outside very noisy . The air conditioning was set on very warm and we could not alter so had to sleep with the door to the balcony open and the street noise was quite loud . Check out time was 10:30 and there were no other rooms to use after check out to freshen up and our transport only left at 4pm . I think this check out time is far to early as check in time was 3:30 . The basically loose 5 hours in a full stay . In a great central location

Stunning!!! Loved this place. Perfect even with a little kids. Super clean, neat and kind. Location was perfect to walk around.

The property is in an excellent location and the staff couldn't have been more helpful. The suite gave us plenty of room to spread out after spending over a week in cramped hotel rooms. We even decided to stay an extra night.
The accommodations were very comfortable and the little kitchen was well equipped with a fridge, two burner stove, dishes and pots and pans.
It's an easy day train trip to Venice and Florence and it's nice to come back to Verona in the evening and get away from the crowds in the other cities.
We would definitely stay at this hotel again.
