Noah, from the front desk, went out of his way to make sure I enjoyed my stay. I had some special requests and he went way above and beyond.

Super convenient location and clean as well. fast check in and check out process and very friendly staff. Gym very well equip and conveniently located almost opposite my room.

I have to say it's very very disappointing during the latest stay at Mariott Atlanta Airport Gateway. My wife stayed through 13-15Oct. She placed her jade bracelet on bedside table and forgot to carry with her to dinner for several hours on 14Oct late afternoon. The jade bracelet was never found again after that. Hotel gave a plain answer to her inquiry simply saying it could not be found, although it certainly could do some investigation on room access or CCTV record. Besides the financial loss, it's a priceless gift from old parents. The result, security concern, and the hotel's reaction are so so disappointing.

Tried to check in at 11 pm, no rooms even with prepaid booking, told to wait, hour later given a room that was occupied! Back to reception, lots of angry people, no management, felt very sorry for the sole receptionist, eventually had a conference room with pull down bed given to me. Will avoid.

Nice hotel

Everything was great. The bar tend recommended a particular dish for dinner and we really relished it! The only negative was the fan noise which we were told by staff “could not be turned off” in our room. It interfered with our sleep quality.

This was a good hotel. The staff was very friendly, I didn’t order room service or go to the restaurant but I did visit the store. They do not accept cash, card or charge to the room only. Not a big deal but I felt all options should be available. The only thing I had a problem with was the WiFi charge daily. That’s ridiculous, it’s 2026 please include that in the room pricing, seems just like a money grabber and the hotel is to nice for that. Lastly, to be located so closely to the airport, I didn’t hear one plane or train noise.

The staff when I checked in were wonderful. Unfortunately, my room was not clean with hair on the bathroom floor and the toilet seat was dirty. When I checked out, the staff member was very rude and acted like I was “bothering” her when I asked a simple question about the SkyTrain. Won’t be staying here again.
