The stay was what I needed. Location is on point and the staff were polite. Parking was good room was clean

This hotel was absolutely terrible, filthy dirty, smoke-stinky, and the worst place I’ve ever stayed. I heavily regret choosing it.

The property needs remodeled really really bad the elevator when it stops it bangs really hard the rooms my room floor can't soft spot and tape on the floor. The tub was hideous. The toilet was hideous look like they poured paint down it. I guess you get what you pay for and we had to beg for towels in a couple days. We went without towels because they didn't have them.

This property offers convenient airport access via its complementary shuttle service and a comfortable stay. Housekeeping is available, but you have to ask for it. The maids are willing and polite. They offered fresh towels and clean sheets. However, remember, you must request those things; they are not implied. The front desk staff is helpful. Parking is free of extra charge. The morning breakfast left much to be desired; it was too starchy; too much bread and waffles; no eggs, no sausages, no bacon/turkey; no meat at all; and, most importantly, no actual fruits. Otherwise, the property offered a good stay.

6AM Breakfast not yet ready at 6:27 am. Loud music playing in parking lot all night. Guy sleeping in hall in the morning.

I would like a refund because the room was filthy dirty talk the TV did not work and the room was stink had a odor
